As the Winter season comes to an end, we have been extremely busy planning for what is sure to be a spring and summer to remember! Below are some highlights and events to look forward to!

TVCC Hickory Pit Coming this spring! We recently purchased a Smoker that was recently delivered this past week all the way from Snead, Alabama. Be sure to keep an eye out for details as we will be doing some taste testing in the coming weeks.

Easter Sunday Brunch It’s not too late to attend our annual Easter Sunday Brunch. Bring the family to enjoy our delicious buffet prepared by Chef Dan and his team.

Oregon Wine Month May is Oregon Wine Month. Join us Wednesday, May 3rd for our Oregon Wine Dinner featuring Wines from Zena Crown and Gran Moraine! Be sure to make your reservation early as it will sure sell out fast! See Pg. 8 for details!

Cinco de Mayo We look forward to welcoming back the Mariachi Gringos to TVCC for our Tacos and Tequila event on Friday, May 5th! This Mexican themed event will be in place of our a la carte dining this evening, with plenty of Margaritas and Coronas to go around! See Pg. 8 for details!

Kentucky Derby Stop by the Grill Room for the run of the roses! Featuring Mint Juleps at the Grill Bar. A la carte dinner reservations highly encouraged.
