To reserve your date, a 50% deposit of the total and signed contract is required. The balance is due 60 days before the event date. Check or Bank Wire is accepted. A $2500 security deposit is required and refundable following satisfactory inspection of the property.

“We were able to host more than just a 5-hour wedding event, but a weekend full of activities for our guests. I personally am a wedding videographer and have never before seen that level of engagement from an event. Not only that, but the grounds are absolutely beautiful and provide a half-dozen areas for your events. We were able to hold a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party, and Sunday brunch — all without using the same space twice. The venue also has space for about 16-20 people to stay on site, so we never had to leave the grounds all weekend. Our guests repeatedly commented to us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we agree!”

Dreaming of a smaller event? Otium is a great option or a great addition for wedding events such as a welcome party.

Couples wishing to host an event at Otium have the option of a food and beverage minimum or paying a room rental rate. The room rental fee is waived if the food and beverage minimum is selected. Glamping | Accommodations

Individual tents available for adventurous guests and couples looking for an outdoor accommodations experience. .

If you would like to host lots of guests or wish to enjoy the pastoral setting, you may opt for “glamping” (glamorous camping), complete with beautiful canvas tents for two or four people with real beds, linens, rugs, furniture and decor. A bridal tent for the couple is also available, as well as an upscale s’mores bar with a campfire.

Pricing is additional and comparable to a B&B room per tent, and restroom trailers are also required. Tents are managed and contracted through our glamping partner. Only available with the Estate Weekend Package.

Gruener at Otium Cellars | Accommodations

In addition to the luxurious accommodations available at Tranquility Farm, across a quiet gravel road is our sister property and winery, Otium Cellars, which features an additional sophisticated home available for rent.

The Gruner Bungalow is a 12,000 sf private home featuring 8 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and is equipped with 2 full kitchens as well as a private outdoor saltwater swimming pool (available MaySept). This property can comfortably accommodate 16 guests.

Important Information

Please Read:

Tranquility Farm shall provide Client only the rental of the Property. All other arrangements for the Event ( unless noted as an inclusion ), including wedding planning/coordination, photography, catering, beverages, music, furniture, tableware, linens, flowers, music, transportation, parking services, tent rentals, restroom trailers, shall be the Client’s responsibility.

A professional and licensed event planner and catering company is required to be contracted for all events and must come from our list of approved vendors. Planning must be contracted for day-of services at a minimum. Tranquility Farm does not provide planning or day-of planning services and does not assist with the execution of events.

All vendors must be insured and licensed as appropriate. Tranquility Farm retains the right to final approval of the selected vendors. We are happy to provide referrals for these vendors!
