Meet the Team Hello, I am so happy to introduce myself as part of the team at Training First Safety (TFS). I started back in August 2020 with a focus on business development and brand awareness on a part time basis Having worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years, it is a major understatement to say the topic of Health and Safety training is a complete change of pace for me – and I have loved every minute of it! The last couple of years of my career, have focussed on my personal development in training and development resulting in my qualification in learning and development with the CIPD. This qualification has allowed me to strengthen my knowledge of the intricacies of training in an organisation, and my time so far at TFS I am learning to apply this knowledge in the context of health and safety in construction. I have spent the last 6 months getting to know existing and new clients and suppliers, and I can’t wait to build relationships with them and more! Speak soon
