Comprehensive Financial Review
Evaluation and Assessment of Investment Risk Tolerance
Gathering information on your current investments or policies
Upon engagement of our services, we will:
Thoroughly research suitable solutions and strategies
Schedule additional meetings with you
Issue written confirmation of our advice and develop financial plans
Provide recommendations and determine strategies
Assist in the completion of any documentation resulting from our advice
Handle administrative tasks and document processing on specific advice
We will continue to offer you the following ongoing services:
Ongoing Administration and Document Processing
Issuance of Annual Statements and Portfolio Valuations
Continuous Investment Advice and Communication
Ongoing Phone and/or Email Support
Scheduling a minimum review meeting every 12 months to address the following:
Your investment objectives
Your risk tolerance
Portfolio performance assessment
Changes in your personal circumstances
Relevance of your current insurance and protection coverage
Retirement planning (if relevant)
Identification of tax-related changes affecting your investments
Evaluation of your estate planning arrangements (please note that taxation and trust advice are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority).
Provision of any necessary information for your accountant or other professionals
Document review to streamline paperwork
Updating of our Factfind Questionnaire
Provide guidance on other services we provide or referral to professionals
We will also conduct a suitability assessment at least once a year and confirm the following in writing However, the frequency may increase based on your risk profile, age, the types of financial products we've recommended and service package we offer:
Your investment goals
Your financial situation
Your knowledge and experience
Your risk tolerance
Ensuring that your investment strategy and risk preference align with your current situation and goals
Your willingness to accept financial losses
The fees and charges applied to your portfolio during the review period
The cumulative impact of these costs on your investment returns
Whether the advice still fits your needs and circumstances
The ongoing advice fee you are charged will fluctuate based on the performance of your investment. It will rise as the fund grows, decrease if the fund's value declines, or if you make withdrawals, whether in the form of income or lump sums.
You or we can end our representation at any time You'll be responsible for any advice or services you received before the termination date.
You or we have the option to stop payment for our ongoing services, with a 14-business day notice
• We would give you 14 business days’ notice We will terminate any on-going payments to be received from product or service providers.

• You will remain liable for any fees or charges due up to the date of termination.
