COMMUNAL AREA
The communal area design is also based off the Waharua kōpito design (‘a point where people or events cross’), as this is an area where people gather for events, market days, mahi toi(crafts), or simply kōrero (conversation). This area consists of a communal area, a workshop and a bathroom it is a module prefab, the idea is that it can modified to how the client wants the building.
