BACK TO SCHOOL

CATALOG 2025-26

DEAR FRIENDS,

We are thrilled to embark on our 45th school year at The Potter’s House! With 650 students currently enrolled, we remain steadfast in our mission: to provide a Christ-centered education for students of all ethnic heritages and income levels, equipping them to serve God and society to their fullest potential.

Our students continue to thrive in an environment where they feel safe, deeply known, and unconditionally loved. Every day we witness students encountering the presence of Jesus, becoming devoted disciples, and learning to embody the kingdom of God in their daily lives. They excel not only in spiritual growth but also in academic excellence, consistently demonstrating remarkable achievements in their studies and critical thinking skills.

As we prepare for this new school year, we’ve carefully identified specific areas where your partnership can make a meaningful difference. These items represent more than just supplies or equipment, they are investments in young lives. Your support doesn’t just fund a program; it fuels dreams, shapes character, and opens doors to futures filled with purpose.

Please prayerfully consider joining us in setting up the 25-26 school year for success. Your partnership is appreciated, and essential to the transformative work happening at The Potter’s House.

With grateful hearts,

Your 2024 Impact: Thanks to generous support from donors like you, our robotics program has been truly transformational. Students who were once hesitant about technology are now confidently coding, and leaders have stepped up to guide their teams through challenges.

This year, students learned the engineering design process and how it applies to robotics. They developed skills in spatial awareness, mechanical systems, robotics vocabulary, and basic programming— and put their robots to the test in class competitions.

The program continues to foster creativity and critical thinking—skills that prepare students to solve real-world problems and make an impact in their communities.

“I used to prefer working alone because I wanted everything to be perfect. But I learned I can’t do it all by myself. Now I value teamwork—and I’ve improved a lot because of it.”

Small changes, big impact! Replacing paper towels with efficient hand dryers helps the environment, reduces ongoing costs, and keeps our restrooms cleaner throughout the day.

Filtered Drinking Fountains and Bottle Fillers

Clean, safe water isn’t a luxury...it’s a necessity! New state requirements mandate filtered water access throughout our campus. These fountains and bottle fillers ensure our students stay healthy and hydrated while meeting all regulatory standards. We received partial grant funding, but your support helps us complete this essential health and safety upgrade.

Sports at The Potter’s House are about so much more than winning games. They’re about building character, forging friendships, and learning to glorify God through the incredible abilities He’s given our students.

With over 20 teams competing throughout the school year, our athletics program creates countless opportunities for students to discover their strengths, push their limits, and experience the joy of teamwork. TECHNOLOGY & LEARNING RESOURCES: TOOLS FOR TOMORROW

Library Software & Resources

At The Potter’s House, we want every student to develop a lifelong love of reading. The library plays a key role in that goal by providing access to books, resources, and support. Library software helps streamline essential tasks like cataloging, inventory, and tracking what students are reading—making it easier to connect them with the right book at the right time.

Beyond technology, the library also relies on a wide range of everyday supplies to stay organized and effective. Book covers, repair tape, and bulletin board materials help preserve the collection, highlight student achievements, and spark curiosity about new adventures in reading.

$2,500

CLASSROOM SUPPLIES: THE FOUNDATION OF EXCELLENCE

Your 2024 Impact: Thanks to your generosity last year, our teachers began the school year with supplies they needed to create a strong and focused learning environment. Classrooms were well stocked, allowing teachers to dive into teaching without the distraction of tracking down supplies.

Each year teachers are able to choose how to spend the funds, tailoring purchases to meet the specific needs of their students and classrooms. This flexibility ensures that every dollar goes directly toward what will make the biggest difference—whether that’s classroom supplies, organizational tools, or resources that spark curiosity and engagement.

Your contributions go far beyond pencils and paper—they help build a foundation for effective teaching and meaningful learning. We are grateful for your continued support and the difference it makes every day.

“Classroom supplies are the bread and butter of our learning environment. Having access to a variety of materials and devices to accommodate learning needs provides students the ability to drive their learning, get creative and take pride in their work.“

- Mrs. Green, 6th/7th Grade Teacher
