Founder and President , TPCT Hon. Dr. Padmasinhaji Patil, a man with golden dreams & enthusiasm of converting dreams into reality, is the Founder President of the "Terna Public Charitable Trust".

He is a renowned personality, has devoted his life to the cause of Education , Medical and social activities. He was Cabinet Minister in Home, Irrigation Ministry in Maharashtra State for more than 25 yrs. He was also Member of Parliament . His main motto of starting engineering educational institute is to provide high quality technical education with a very low cost as compared to other institutes in India for all rural side area students and all deserving students of India.

Our Inspiration Hon. Ranajagjitsinhaji Patil , is an engineer by education and currently representing Tuljapur constituency as M. L. A. He was minister of state for industries and parliamentary affairs of Maharashtra . His vision to build district area as the largest centre for startups and entrepreneurship activities .

With the use of new advanced technology and renewable resources he has come up with omniscient vision to cater the multi-dimensional requirements of the engineering , farming and medical and overall urban development .
