Body Composition Assessment

By

Appointment

| Complimentary

Scale weight and BMI (Body Mass Index) don’t really provide an accurate picture of how your body’s composed. You can be overweight, but not necessarily overfat. The body composition assessment will determine how much body fat and lean body tissue you possess. A sensible workout program can be designed based on the data.
