Low back injury/pain accounts for more than 264 million lost workdays in one year and costs Americans at least $50 billion in health care costs. Muscle deficiency and imbalance are the primary mechanisms that account for approximately 80% of all low back disorders and pain. This informative 45-minute workshop will identify these deficiencies and discuss what you can do to alleviate/prevent low back pain.

This progressive, mild exercise class will focus on the muscle groups responsible for low back stability. If you don’t fix the mechanism (tight/weak muscles) that got you to the pain, you don’t fix the pain. Ideal for those with occasional or chronic low back pain.
