By initial testing it is demonstrated that the requirements set out in article 10 and Annex II of Directive 2009/48/EC are fulfilled.

A Technical Dossier has been established which includes all relevant data. This documentation will be made available for the market surveillance authority upon request.

We hereby certify that Mattel does not ship their goods in containers which have been fumigated with dimethylfumarate (DMF).
