Digital Literacy Classes Do you want to improve your digital literacy and technology skills to connect with family, friends and the broader community?

Introduction to Computers

These classes offer basic to intermediate digital literacy training in things like using computers, tablets and smartphones/iPhones, using the internet, how to shop and bank online and cyber safety.

Townsville Recreational Boating Park Celebration

townsville recreational boating park, south townsville Townsville City Council is very proud to officially open the Townsville Recreational Boating Park, the largest facility of its kind in Australia. The official opening held in conjunction with the Coast Guard will showcase the facility along with displays of boats and outdoor recreational and marine equipment, amusements for the kids, food and activities/workshops. Bring the whole family down to help celebrate this fabulous facility!

Please be aware this is a operating boating park and vehicles with trailers will be driving through the park, there are also several areas of where children can access the water - please supervise children at all times.
