70th Birthday at Queens Botanical Garden as well as Field Day 2025. The last event of June, Field Day, was an absolute blast.

Luckily, the weather was manageable, and everyone seemed to be having a fun time. I thank you all for participating at Field Day as it was a major collaborative event with other schools in NYC, and to point out if you were unsure that the money raised went to a great cause, One Tree Planted. To conclude, I can’t wait to start July off with events and fun places for you all to volunteer at. Once again, please take the summer to r l d t charge! Y’all deserve it!

I liked how it was unlimited, so I was able to attend and spend time with many of my friends. We were in charge of placing the bags around the field, and it was super hot, so it was pretty tiring. However, after we finished our duties, we hung out, played games, bought ice cream, and even went to some of the booths. Overall, it was a fun experience I got to share with my friends and I would want to do it again so we can keep supporting those who continue to fight battles against cancer.

The Relay for Life of Middle Village event was a fun and enjoyable experience. I was able to connect with other volunteer members while serving the community. I am really glad to be a part of such a meaningful cause!
