Are you ready for Trivia Night Live? It will be a night of fun facts, bonding with friends, and enjoying the glory of knowing useless tidbits of information. Make a team of 2-6 players (only the team captain needs to register). It’s a game show and party with a live host. Take your passion for useless knowledge out for a night or just sit back and learn a few things. A perfect way to hang out with friends and go home feeling like a genius. Bring your favorite beverage and snacks.
Paint Night

Instructor: Susan Lovequist, Certified Instructor Jacki Sorensen’s Aerobic Dancing is a dance fitness class that provides a total body workout that includes strength, flexibility, stretch, core work, weight training and cardio aerobic exercise in a safely choreographed format with great music. This class is suitable for active seniors and people of all ages. Wear supportive athletic shoes and bring a floor mat. Hand held 2-4 pound weights are recommended but not required. This class meets twice a week.

Level: Basic Friendly, Open to All, Senior Friendly Tai Chi Chuan is a form of ancient Chinese exercise that consists of relaxed, gentle and fluid movements. This course teaches the Yang style Short form and can be practiced almost anywhere, by anyone, and is beneficial to people of all ages and fitness levels. While rooted in martial arts, our focus here is therapeutic.

Is it your first time on the mat, or have you been doing Pilates for years? All levels are welcome in this class. Participants will perform classical Pilates exercises with an experienced certified instructor to strengthen your body and improve posture and balance. All you need is a mat for this fun full body workout! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring water.
