Grades: K-3

In this workshop, students will become one with Jewish heritage as they learn the history of and recreate several relics of Jewish traditions, such as placing mezuzah’s on homes, the history behind Hanukkah, and the functions of Dreidels and Menorahs. Students will use a combination of learned history and their imaginations to create their own twist on these items, and in the case of the Dreidel, even learn how to play the famous game!

Polar Express Workshop

All aboard the Polar Express! In this holiday workshop, students will design and construct moving trains using LEGO TECHNIC bricks and train tracks, while exploring the physics of motion, friction, and momentum as the trains brave the imaginary journey to the North Pole! All aboard for an awesome building adventure on the Polar Express at Snapology!

Students are to enjoy the story of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, play Lego games, create Lego builds related to theme, and learn that Christmas is more than presents! It’s the we and not the me.

Family Bingo Night

at Senior Center, 1288 Boston Post Rd.

Day: Friday Time: 6:30 – 8:30 pm Date: January 21st Fee: Resident: $5 Non Resident: $10

Take the chill out of winter and join us for our 4th Annual Family Bingo Night. An evening of quality family time and meeting up with friends. Bingo games with prizes for the kids throughout the night and a grand prize at the conclusion. One bingo board per person. Everyone must be registered to attend (parents and kids). Kids under 4 are free but must sit with an adult during the event. Feel free to bring munchies for your table.

Murder Mystery Evening

Forget Criminal Minds, NCIS and The Blacklist – Town of Mamaroneck’s “Murder Mystery” evening is where it’s at! If you think you are an Ace Detective when it comes to figuring out “who done it” then join the Town of Mamaroneck Recreation Department as we narrow down our suspects at this interactive murder mystery show. Bring your favorite beverage, snack and dessert. Dinner is not provided. This is a “BYO everything” event.
