Pilates for Older Adults l 60+years With a smaller class size and a slower pace, this is an interactive and informative experience geared towards a more mature group. The course will focus on controlled movements geared towards strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Pilates is wonderful for helping with balance, flexibility and coordination. Modifications as well as props will be incorporated to make sure that exercises are safe and fun for everyone. Mellow Moves l 60+years This is a complete workout program designed to improve or maintain the movements used in daily activities. We will focus on easy to follow exercises, building mind/body awareness by incorporating gentle strength training and stretching exercises. Fit for Life l 60+years This is a gentle, low impact, bounce free class that is suitable for all fitness levels. This class will help you to gain energy, maintain independence, increase mobility, feel healthier and not to mention get out of the house and meet new people! This takes only an hour out of your day, but it may provide many more hours to your life!
