My name is Betsy Suda and I started this company inspired by my grandmother, Dorothy. Dorothy was a beautifully strong woman and loving influence in my life. She lived into her mid-90s and the only thing she ever complained about were her feet. They always ached and I desperately wanted to take her out shoe shopping in her final years. The act of getting out to a shoe store seemed nearly impossible, so I thought about how to help folks like Dorothy. I also looked around and saw young very
active professionals, students, & recent retirees with busy lives, careers, & families for whom the traditional act of retail shopping was more work than fun and thought: what if the shoe store comes to them?
