Three Year Club Cocktail Class

t the end of January, our Three Year Club members were invited to a craft cocktail class. It was a packed event with over 50 attendees, with a lively mood thanks to bartender Kishor. He created a menu of three craft cocktails for members to create: an orange coffee martini, an apple cider old fashioned, and a Bee’s Knees. The ingredients were set up for the members, along with personal charcuterie boards, which made crafting cocktails a breeze. Members learned about the origins of each drink, tips about swapping ingredients, meal pairings and cocktail-making techniques. Three Year Club members called it one of the best nights they’ve had at the Club.
