You will encounter so many animals including the largest herd of zebras in America, rhinos and, of course, lions. If you have a large group, rent one of the Lion Country vans so you can all experience the safari together. After exiting the safari, move on to the amusement park and make sure to feed the giraffes.

Other family fun places to see wildlife in their natural habitat include the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, Manatee Lagoon in Riviera Beach and Gumbo Limbo Nature Center in Boca Raton.

The center features more than 100 hands-on educational exhibits, traveling exhibits, a 10,000-gallon fresh and saltwater aquarium, digital planetarium, Pre-K focused “Discovery Center,” 18-hole conservation-themed Mini-Golf Course and an outdoor science trail.
