Pet-Friendly IN
The Palm Beaches
There’s nothing quite like exploring The Palm Beaches’ 47 miles of coastline with your four-legged BFF. All throughout our unique beach towns, you’ll find activities and destinations you and your pet will love.
Dog parks are the perfect place for your canine companion to let loose and run to their heart’s content while making new furry friends. Within John Prince Park in Lake Worth Beach, you’ll find Lake Woof Dog Park, a veritable puppy paradise with five fenced-in enclosures with separate sections for small, medium, and large dogs, as well as pet washing stations, water fountains, and other pet-focused features. Some of our other favorite dog parks include Canine Cove Park in Boca Raton, the Dog Park at Lake Ida in Delray Beach, and City Paws Dog Park and Pooch Pines in West Palm Beach, all with separate sections for doggies of different sizes.
If your pup just can’t be contained by our many parks, our dog-friendly beach will let her gallop majestically along our beautiful coastline. Jupiter Dog Beach has a 2.5-mile sandy stretch where your pet can really let loose. It’s free and can be enjoyed any time of day!
Want to take your special friend on a shopping spree? Worth Avenue in Palm Beach has some of the best brands in the world AND four dog-watering fountains. And on beautiful Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, the Royal Pups decal on storefronts let you know which stores are pet friendly. When it’s time to grab a bite, Boston’s on the Beach in Delray Beach has a covered Pooch Patio and even a Pooch Menu. Or you can cool off at Cielito Artisan Pops in Boca Raton, with over 46 flavors, including delicious doggy pops! Did you know “The best farmers’ market in America” is dog-friendly? The West Palm Beach GreenMarket runs every Saturday from early-October through mid-April and has scents and sounds your pooch will love.

After all this exploring, you and your pet will need a comfy place to catch some z’s. Some of the hotels you can bring your pooch to include Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa in Palm Beach and The Ben in West Palm Beach. And at Opal Grand Resort & Spa in Delray Beach, your pup will be greeted with a gift bag, and they can even enjoy dogfriendly in-room dining. The Colony Hotel & Cabana Club in Delray Beach will pamper your pup with on-property dog walking areas, biodegradable bags, dog watering stations, and even pet blankets upon arrival, all for a small nightly fee. For those that prefer to ruff it, Lion Country Safari KOA in West Palm Beach has a dog park on site. And Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast & Vacation Homes in West Palm Beach is a quaint option that’s dog-friendly and right across the street from Howard Park.
And if you’re planning on traveling into or out of The Palm Beaches, Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) offers two indoor pet relief areas. They’re both post-security and are located in the east and west ends of the terminal in Concourse B (Gate B1) and Concourse C (Gate C1). There is also an outdoor pet relief area at the baggage claim on Level One.
