May is here as well as the Cinergie French Film Festival. 14 editions and 14 years that the event is bringing to Saskatoon French speaking movies from all around the globe. Of course, all of the programs are offered with English subtitles. Don’t miss the two evenings of Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd. Special guests have been invited to present their films, respectively Bears Spirit, by Karine Genest, and La Bolduc, by François Bouvier. You must certainly come to the Family Screenings at 2pm followed by activities and snacks for all. Saturday, May 4th, the lovely animation movie Dilili in Paris will be screened. “ED's GARAGE” runs June 19-23 & June 26-30, 2019 This charming, folksy, homespun comedy is filled with laughter! Ed runs the local garage in the small farming community of Port Petunia. Having once been a farmer himself, Ed is a jack-of-all-trades and can fix just about anything, including people! But Ed's position as "town counsellor" is about to be challenged when Ed and the boys find out that the young woman who has just rented office space right next to Ed's Garage, is a real psychologist!

The Barn Playhouse creates a full event out on the farm. The yard opens at 5:30 pm with food booths, live old-tyme music and horse-drawn wagon rides in the pasture. The show begins at 7:30 pm. Sundays, the food booths open at noon with the show at 2:00 pm.
