All returns must have an RGA (return goods authorization number). If product is returned without an RGA, the shipment can be refused at our dock. Standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued upon inspection to determine that the product is in like new condition.

KAB Seating is known industry wide for quality, variety, and comfort. Used extensively over the years by Caterpillar, Komatsu, JD, New Holland, and many more; KAB Seating has a seat for just about every application. You’ll find OEM KAB products from small dozers like a Komatsu D31PX 21 (KAB 411), to mid size loaders like a Cat 950G (KAB 515) to large Cat trucks like a 740 (KAB 854) and just about every full size excavator made in the last 25 years. Tough Seats stocks a large variety of KAB seats, parts, and accessories.
Things to look for when purchasing KAB parts and seats
Controls: KAB makes both front control seats and side control seats. Do not be fooled by those passing off a side control 400 and 500 series seat as a direct fit for an excavator. Most excavators need to have both a front control recline and front control tilt due to cab spacing . These seats tend to be a little more, therefore some companies will not stock/offer true front control seats in order to save a few dollars .
Bolt Pattern: KAB makes a large variety of bolt patterns across the same lines. An example of this would be the same model 800 series seat Caterpillar uses in 740 articulated trucks has one bolt pattern, while the model 800 series seat that Case uses in the CX330B excavators has another bolt pattern. Tough Seats knows these subtle differences throughout brands and machines.
