We are never just a moment, we are always a movement. A time to honor not only the craft but the courage. The storytelling, the flavor, the culture. The hands that built this industry, the voices that changed it, and the hearts still pushing it forward.
As Co-Chair, I stand in full gratitude, eyes on the future, and a soul that knows the power of a good pour and a brave space. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people are free to tell their stories through spirits. When bars become sanctuaries. When the recipe includes joy, resistance, and pride.
This year’s nominees are doing that work. Stirring truth. Serving care. Making room for every voice, every history, every bold idea.
To all of you shaping the scene: thank you. Keep pouring. Keep telling it like it is.
WITH HONOR AND A FULL GLASS,
