POURING CONCRETE SOON? WILL THE JOB HAVE 2,000+ CUBIC YARDS PLACED? DO YOU NEED A LICENSED CONCRETE SAFTEY MANAGER?
Did you know that in NYC many concrete jobs require a Licensed Concrete Safety Manager?
The New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) requires a Licensed Concrete Safety Manager (LCSM) on all construction sites where a minimum of 2,000 cubic yards of concrete is being poured. Concrete Safety Managers must be licensed and fully registered with the DOB and have their names on the permit application. Once designated, the Licensed Concrete Safety Manager must be present to supervise all the concrete operations and only be assigned to one site at a time.
