About us

The mother agency, Agenzia Immobiliare Ercolani, was born on 1972 and the founder was also one of the founding member of FIAIP, the national trade association of real estate in Italy.

Toscana Houses

We are the first estate network of Tuscany: over 4000 properties in cooperation with 53 agencies.

Toscana Housese is a project founded in 1997, since then the website has built a vast network of different local estate agencies in both Tuscany and bordering regions. Our main feature is, however, be able to maintain in effect the character of an agency where you can find people and trusted professional with a deep knowledge of the market and of the area and with the experience of 40 years behind.
