Welcome to Brisbane for Oceania’s premier CrossFit event!

The Torian Pro is a Brisbane-born event turned mega phenomenon, making waves in the CrossFit community here and around the world.

Proudly supported by Brisbane City Council, through Brisbane Economic Development Agency, the Torian Pro is a huge drawcard for Brisbane, attracting athletes and fans from across Australia and Oceania to soak up the competition and enjoy our unbeatable weather and lifestyle.

Brisbane offers a range of adrenaline pumping activities for you to enjoy during your stay including climbing the Story Bridge, kayaking on the Brisbane River, hiking up Mt Coot-tha, or abseiling the Kangaroo Point cliffs with a city backdrop.

When looking to cool down, why not soak up the sights, sounds and delicious dining options that our vibrant city has to offer.

Congratulations to the event organisers and volunteers involved in bringing together this much-loved, homegrown Brisbane event at the Queensland Tennis Centre.

That’s why we support events through Tourism and Events Queensland’s Major Event program because they bring a welcomed boost to the local community and supports local jobs.

Timecap: 30 minutes

INDIVIDUAL SEMIFINALS TEST 2

For total reps completed in 3, 3. minute intervals:

+ 5 Ring Complex (1 Toe-To-Ring, 1 Muscle Up, 1 Ring Dip) + 20 Single Leg Squat + Max Burpee Box Jump Over Box

Timecap: 3 minutes. each interval, followed by a 1 minute rest

W: Wearing 10 lb Ruck, 24” Box

M: Wearing 20 lb Ruck, 30” Box

INDIVIDUAL SEMIFINAL TESTS 4 AND 5 TEST 4 100PTS

For heaviest load lifted:

At the Timecap, athletes will have 2 minutes to reset for test 5.

In MF pairs for 15 mins, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

+ 3 Syncro Muscle Ups, 1 partner using rings, 1 partner using bar

+ 5 Syncro Thrusters, 95/65

*1 pair works while the other rests, then switch

** Add +2 Muscle Ups and +5 Thrusters after both pairs complete the round
