(B) DAY 3 MADRID TO SEVILLE. Off to Seville, the city that was supposedly founded by Hercules 3000 years ago. But first: Toledo, the old Spanish capital to tick off another UNESCO World Heritage site. (B,D) DAY 4 SEVILLE. Your day, your way. Wander the streets or crane your neck through the corridors of Alcázar. Tonight is all about small bites – Seville’s tapas is famous for a reason. (B) DAY 5 SEVILLE TO GRANADA. Pit stop in Cordoba for a dose of Islamic culture. Granada next. Get your bearings on a walking tour before cutting loose in the young university town. (B,D) DAY 6 GRANADA. Cross off one of the world’s ‘mustdo before you die sights’ with a visit to Alhambra today, a place so gorgeous, poets have been describing it for centuries. (B) DAY 7 GRANADA TO VALENCIA. Off to Valencia for a tour of the Old Quarter. This is also the home of paella so hunt some down while you have the chance. Then dinner. (B,D) DAY 8-9 VALENCIA TO IBIZA. From beach parties to boat parties, this island is a living legend for a reason. Also home to epic sunsets, tapas and a number of World Heritage sites. Eat, sleep, rave, repeat.
