Go beyond the beer and check out the city that allegedly inspired the Disney castle. Turn your peepers toward the newly restored Art Deco Palac Dlouha. For quirky (and not so) museums, try the Castle District. (B) DAY 4 PRAGUE. Tick off Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square then go Golem chasing in the Jewish quarter. They also invented the croissant. Sorry, France. (B) DAY 6 BUDAPEST, HUNGARY. Swapping symphonies for the impending euphoria of Sziget. Find out why Budapest often rides high in lists of European mustdos. Hint: it’s probably a mix of thermal baths, 1,000 year-old castles and all that goulash. Budapest is rumoured to have the best nightlife in Europe, so venture into the night and onto the streets to see what the gossip is all about. (B,D)
