ime is fleeting, so its efficient use is becoming increasingly important. You always want to keep up with the times, to be on-trend, to follow the emerging trends in business sphere and social activity as well, to make useful contacts with new remarkable partners and start mutually beneficial cooperation. Aware of the partnership value, my team and I are striving to improve the content, to invite new world ranking guests who can catch the readers’ interest. Princess Tessy of Luxembourg was the special guests of this issue of the magazine. Her activity, motherhood and the deserved title is worthy of rapt attention. I am sure her frank interview will open the eyes of the readers to many issues of the Princess’ life and motivate those whose work is connected with public activity.

Although the cover photo was taken in Dubai, the theme of this issue is London—our magazine is now available in Great Britain, after all! Among the guests of the issue was a young business lady from London, Viktoriia Ivanovenia. In her interview, she talked about the innovative anti-ageing method and the unique SPA in Ukraine.

наменитый ливанский лейбл-модельер представил свою коллекцию Resort 2017, вдохновляющую японскую культуру и ее различные контрасты. В результате получилось разнообразное сочетание от классического кимоно до выдержанной вишневой расцветки силуэтов. В дополнение к сильным японским тенденциям, коллекция Elie Saab Resort 2017 раскрывает женственность: это и открытые женские плечи, приталенность и полупрозрачные юбки. Многочисленные асимметричные эффекты коллекции подчеркивают женственный стиль, чувственный и сексуальный. Для этой новой коллекции Эли Сааб сопоставляет различные аспекты японской культуры, от церемониальных ритуалов до городской поп-культуры. he famous Lebanese fashion designer’s signature label has unveiled its Resort 2017 collection, drawing inspiration from Japanese culture and its various contrasts. The result is a diverse mix of references ranging from the classic kimono to young kawaii kitsch to the country’s emblematic cherry blossom.

As well as channeling strong Japanese influences, the Elie Saab Resort 2017 collection has a highly feminine undercurrent, showing bare

shoulders, cinched waists and semi-split skirts.

The collection’s many asymmetrical effects accentuate this feminine style that’s both sensual and sexy.

For this new collection, Elie Saab juxtaposes the different facets of Japanese culture, from ceremonial rituals to urban pop culture. Resort 2017 is a graphic and feminine collection that features ample, generous cuts - particularly in sleeves - broken up with large braided belts, echoing the obi belts that accompany kimonos. Certain designs also use cascading frills and pleating. Расскажите, пожалуйста, как удается совмещать карьеру модели и при этом уделять время личному развитию?

– Я считаю, что красота – необходимый параметр для модели, но красота неразрывно связана с внутренним духовным развитием. Ведь настоящая красота кроется внутри нас! Можно тщательно следить за своей внешностью, посещать салоны красоты, диетологов, косметологов и т.д., но если при этом вы не имеете внутренней силы красоты – вы не можете выглядеть по-настоящему привлекательной.

– Каковы планы на будущее у Богини Украины?

– Больше путешествовать, духовно развиваться и творить добро.

– Скажите, чем отличается модель от титулованной модели, на ваш взгляд?

– Титул в этом случае – во-первых, признание и подтверждение модельных способностей девушки, а, во-вторых, преимущество в дальнейшем продвижении в модельной карьере.

– Есть ли планы победы в более масштабном конкурсе?

– Да, желание есть.

– Нет, я не тороплюсь с этим, так как смотрю на вещи немного необычным взглядом, я считаю, что выйти замуж и родить детей – не самое главное, что могла бы сделать женщина в своей жизни.

ntonina, I would like to start our conversation with your victory at the Goddess of Ukraine project. The majority of visitors of the TOPCITY magazine’s website voted for you. You were crowned as the most beautiful lady with a rich inner world. Tell us how do you manage to combine your modelling career and personal development?

– To my mind, beauty is a necessary parameter for a model; still it is inseparable from inner spiritual development. The true beauty lies within us, you know. A woman can take care of herself, visit beauty salons, consult dieticians, cosmetologists, etc.

Though, if there is no inner force of beauty, she can’t look truly attractive.

– What does the Goddess of Ukraine plan for the future?

– To travel more, to develop spiritually, and to cultivate the Good.

– I was really happy to hear the news. I arrived to Kyiv and got acquainted with the TOPCITY team.

The magazine staff, including the editor and the photographers, proved to be very open-hearted and interesting people. I wish you further success!

– What distinguishes a model from a crowned model in your opinion?

– First of all, a crown means acknowledgement and recognition of a model’s professional skills.

Secondly, it gives a head start for modelling career advancement.

– Are you planning to win any more broad-scale competitions?

– Yes, I am.

– The stronger sex will especially appreciate the answer to the next question. You are a beautiful and successful lady with rich inner world. Do you have a soul mate?

– No, I don’t hurry up with this, for I have a somewhat extraordinary point of view on this. I believe marrying and giving birth to children are not the most important things a woman can do.

– Antonina, where one can meet you? Do you have any favourite resting places or probably favourite countries? How often do you travel?

– I really love Monaco. It’s a place where I would like to live if I weren’t determined to live in my native land. Monaco is a place with no stress; one can go through the whole city in 15 minutes on foot. There are no traffic jams and there is a seaside nearby. Therewith, the state is developed

nastasiia, we would like to start acquaintance with you from the most interesting thing about women. You have a great body! What are your favourite procedures or activities that help you keep fit? What lifestyle our today’s heroine leads?

– I have always been skinny. Thanks to my parents for the excellent genes! (smiles). Of course, it also takes going sport, proper nutrition, and daily selfimprovement. Yoga in hammocks is my favourite kind of exercise.

– You got to choosing a country for your photoshoot. Why did you choose the Arab Emirates?

– Я влюблена в эту страну! Люблю солнце и не представляю свою жизнь без моря. Приоткрою немного завесу, планирую переехать в Дубаи и связать еще больше приятных, теплых (улыбается) воспоминаний именно с этой страной.

– Всегда интересно закулисье съемок. Расскажите, как прошла фотосессия в Дубаи? Что впечатлило больше всего?

– Фотосессия проходила два дня, за это время была проделана большая работа. У нас были интересные локации, особенно запомнилась в самом сердце Дубаи, около Бурдж-Халифы. Но самое впечатляющее то, что в эти дни фотосессии я успела прыгнуть с парашютом, который раскрылся над пальмовым островом Палм-Джумейра. Это было незабываемо! Адреналин зашкаливал.

– I am in love with this country! I love the sun and I can’t imagine my life without the sea. Frankly, I plan to move to Dubai and have even more pleasant and warm (smiles) memories about this country.

– It is always interesting to get a glimpse behind the scenes. Could you please tell us about the Dubai photoshoot? What impressed you the most?

– The photo shoot took two days; during this time, a lot of work was done. We had interesting locations, and I especially remember one of them in the heart of Dubai near the Burj Khalifa.

However, the most impressive thing is that during these days of the photo shoot I managed to jump with a parachute, which opened above the palm island of Palm Jumeirah. It was unforgettable! The adrenaline was pumping.

– I can’t imagine my life without travelling! And even if I have a choice between a beautiful dress or a new journey, I will give preference to the second option.

– Все просто! Достаточно меня рассмешить, и ты уже в поле моего внимания (смеется). Считаю что амурные темы – дело тонкое. Нужно быть искренним, и все поступки должны быть сделаны с чистой душой.

- ЮНЭЙДС является независимым подразделением Организации Объединенных Наций. Их основная цель - повысить осведомленность о ВИЧ / СПИДе. Я выступаю в качестве «Адвоката для молодых женщин и девочек-подростков» - пытаюсь расширить возможности молодых женщин во всем мире, борюсь за то, чтобы их голоса были услышаны, поддерживаю их в существующих проблемах за счет собственных средств.

– Скажите, Вы были с миссией в ЮАР чтобы узнать, как влияет ВИЧ на жизнь молодых женщин и девушек-подростков в ЮАР. Что вам удалось исследовать?

– Tessy, you are the head of the Rise Young Women’s Club delegation, as well as the global ambassador of UNAIDS. Would you please tell us about the activities of these organizations?

- UNAIDS is an independent branch of the United Nations institutions. Their main aim is to raise awareness of HIV/Aids. My aim as ‘Global Advocate for Young Women and Adolescent Girls’ is to try to empower young women all over the world, raise their voices, support them with their troubles with the means i have.

– So, you were on a mission to South Africa to find out how HIV affects the lives of young women and teenage girls in the country. What were you able to research?

- I was very privileged to attend the International HIV/ Aids conference in South Africa in July 2016. This learning trip gave me the opportunity to learn more about the obstacles young women face in their lives in Durban when living on a very limited budget. The women i met were all strong, diverse and engaged within their communities and their families. However, one thing i noticed is that often families are falling apart because of unfortunate circumstances such as

- In todays world i am happy to observe that there are many qualified organisations and institutions which aim is to decrease the gender inequality gap at work and in everyday life. It is true that there is still a long way to go and as society progresses there will be new obstacles for the next young generations. I work with UNA-UK for example

Будучи их представителем, я стараюсь повысить осведомленность о невероятной работе, которую делает ООН. which is the only charity in the UK that enhances the agenda of the United Nations. As a patron for them I try to raise awareness of the incredible work the UN does. However, I am also able to express myself as keynote speaker on topics of sexual violence in conflict which is an issue that is close to my heart. As being a veterans I know too well the issues women face in a male let working environments. That experience gives me the fundamental base to advocate for balanced gender equality at work and at home.

– Besides doing charity, you bring up two wonderful sons. Could you please tell us about their hobbies and talents?

- My two boys are very precious to me. They provide me with the strength and daily inspiration I need to work even harder to make this world a better place for them. Gabriel my oldest is a real doer. He has a very big heart and invests a lot of his energy into the people around him. He always makes sure everyone is happy and well-taken care off before he satisfies his own desires. He is an elite polo player and an animal lover. Beside this, he loves his guitar and is a true nerd when it comes to geography.

Noah for his credits is a very strong and headstrong little gentleman. He is fearless to express himself and a true politician of heart. I will never remember his first campaign to protect his young friends safety on the playground in school. He was 5 years old at the time and created a banner that he presented at the schools town meeting without any for warning.

In his free time, Noah loves nature and to play with his Lego. He is passionate about art.

– And how were you brought up? Please tell us a little about your family.

- I was raised by a very loving family. My father has been engaged in local politics since I can think. He is a true inspiration and provides me with guidance for all my projects if I need it. My mother has been a

Я очень благодарна за эту привилегию представлять мою прекрасную страну в качестве принцессы, как в своей стране, так и за рубежом. Моя повседневная жизнь довольно проста. В 21-м веке, королевские персоны тоже прилагают все усилия, чтобы соответствовать их окружению. - My personal dream is to be the best role model and inspiration to my two boys. I want them to become good leaders and to understand the volatile socio political times we live in today. My global dream is to expand Professors Without Borders, my own NGO, to all parts of the world, create new opportunities for all young people no matter where one is born and to create new partnerships with likeminded governments, institutions and organizations.

– Since childhood, every girl dreams of becoming a princess without understanding the meaning of this high title. Tessy, what is a typical day of a real princess like? What do you have to do every day, what skills to develop?

- As a princess one holds a huge responsibility towards the history of the title, the population and community around. I am very grateful to have had this privilege to represent my beautiful country as their princess at home and abroad for numerous causes. My everyday life is pretty simple. In the 21st century, royalty too, are working hard to support causes around them. As such I work daily with qualified and ambitious people, do research and prepare keynotes for events. Other then that, I meet new and inspiring people every day which enrich my daily life and help me to go even further with my work and commitment as a princess. Therefore, Tessy Antony is a very strong and ambitious woman with a soft spot in her heart that is reserved solely to her dearest around her.

Although most of the horses in this list are racehorses, this one is an exception since he’s one of the world’s most skilled horses at slow jumping.

He was sold to former Dutch Olympic Medalist Jan Tops for no less than $15 million just a couple of years ago.

Initially the media thought Jan’s wife, Edwina TopsAlexander, has bought this amazing specimen for herself, but they’ve quickly realized that he was purchased to compete in the Qatar CSI2 competition with Ali Yousef Al Rumaihi as the rider.

This American Thoroughbred was extremely sought after since he was sired by Northern Dancer and Secretariat, two of the world’s most renowned horses. It was sold back in 2006 at the Fasig-Tipton Calder sale when he was two years old for $16 million.

He made his debut in racing on September 15, 2007 at the Belmont Park race of Elmont, New York where he finished third. His second race was on October 13 of the same year in Belmont Park where he finished fourth after which he was retired on February 12, 2008 since he failed to break his maiden.

The horse won the Group I Irish Derby Stakes of Curragh and the Group II King Edward VII Stakes in 1983, being titled the UK Middle Distance Horse of the year in 1983 and after all these performances he was sold for an impressive $40 million.

3. Moorlands Totilas – $21 million

Also nicknamed “Toto”, this is a Dutch Warmblood stallion that’s considered one of the most outstanding competitive dressage horses in the world. He was one of the few horses that managed to get over 90 points at a dressage contest, holding the world record for a while. He was even called “the rock star in the horse world” and all this popularity only made his price go up. After being foaled in 2000, he was bred by Jan K. Schuil and Anna Schuil-Visser in Broeksterwoude, Netherlands, and since the age of five he went into competitions, distinguishing himself with world records and various awards.

Внутри и снаружи машина выглядит просто потрясающе! Красивая, сводящая с ума. На дороге чувствуешь себя королевой. Высокий уровень оснащения всегда был коньком дорогих итальянских машин. Интерьер Maserati – это нежнейшая кожа, благородные породы дерева, упругий дорогой пластик – везде безупречная гармония. Пожалуй, самый удобный автомобиль для меня. – Christina, could you please tell us how close the Maserati brand is to you?

— Maserati are elite sports cars of the Italian brand. In my opinion, if the funds allow you to refuel and service the car, then for this money there is no better alternative. Inside and outside, the machine looks amazing! Beautiful, driving mad. On the road you feel like a queen.

A high level of equipment has always been the skate of expensive Italian cars. The interior of the Maserati is a delicate leather, noble woods, resilient expensive plastic - everywhere an impeccable harmony. Perhaps the most convenient car for me. – I was born in Ukraine, in the city of Berdyansk.

Since childhood I love arenalin, speed, extreme.

Previously, i was engaged in basketball, track and field athletics, dancing. I really love sports, but now I do not practice professional sports, only fitness.

I work as a model and still develop in another business. There are goals in life, I think they will reach in the near future.

– What does Miss Maserati dream about?

– I like to sing and, of course, in the near future to write down my album of songs.

– What helps you keep yourself in shape?

– Sport, proper nutrition, good sleep, lack of alcohol, more water, fewer calories. Now I understood how important this is, and how this favorably affects the appearance. Also, I adhere to a healthy diet with a low fat content, which makes it possible

Maserati Levante is a completely unique crossover that perfectly combines the traditionally flawless Italian style and authentic sports spirit of the legendary brand.

Maserati named its first-ever SUV after a warm Mediterranean wind Levanter «that can change from a light breeze to an irresistible natural force in an instant» to mirror the character of the upcoming beauty. Well, to some extent it corresponds to reality with all-Maserati Levante S.

What does all-Maserati mean?

The basic floorpan, chassis and powertrain come from a diesel 4x4 Ghibli. But the suspension arms have been modified for greater travel that an offroader needs and they ride on variable-height air springs and adaptive dampers. That way, it can crouch during the high-speed driving, lowering the cutting drag, or lift to keep the belly off the floor when you are in the rough, and compensate for the considerable variations in load an SUV will be asked to swallow. The body has been strengthened and feels very solid.

In most parts of the world, it will get Ferrari 435 hp twin-turbo V6 petrol — complete with famously rousing exhaust. However, British get only a 280 hp diesel. Good thing we don’t like them... We’re about diesels, you know.

Maserati Levante is offered in three versions in Ukraine. Those who want to get Maserati’s first crossover and impress others with its looks, yet eager to save at gas stations and dislike fast driving, can buy Levante Diesel. Its 3L engine gains 275 hp, allowing the crossover to do 0~100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, with a top speed of 230 km/h. However, this version has a base cost of EUR 76,555, not the cheapest one.

The most affordable Levante has 350 hp engine.

The price for this version starts from EUR 71,334.

But the most extreme version is Levante S. It has the same 3L gasoline engine with a double turbo and a whopping 430 hp in power. Now, that is impressive! Moreover, it dispatches a 0~100 km/h sprint in 5.2 seconds and accelerates to 264 km/h. Though, the price is EUR 91,033.

Maserati Levante has six ground clearance levels with two options to change them: trivial — using the toggle switch on the floor console, or more exciting and vibey — by gaining speed and pressing Maserati to the ground or switching to off-road mode to lift Levante even higher.

Maserati Levante operates in several modes — normal, off-road, sports and smart I.C.E. In summer, it switches the power unit to the increased control and efficiency (economy) mode, and in winter, it uses the winter mode functions. And you are always free to turn on the manual gearbox.

– С какими трудностями сталкивается каждый спортсмен? Как с ними справлялись Вы?

– Каждый начинающий спортсмен после первых побед считает себя достигшим многого, хватает звезды с небес, что является самым ошибочным мнением. Работа над собой, как физически,так и психологически, напрямую зависит от твоего наставника. В начале карьеры огромную роль сыграл мой тренер, он в прямом смысле выбил из меня ту звездную болезнь (смеется), за что очень благодарен ему до сих пор! Я поставил цель для себя и не опуская рук, к ней стремился.

– What difficulties does an athlete encounter?

How do you cope with them?

– Every young athlete regards his first victories as a high level achievement, starting to behave like a real star, which is a fallible judgment. Physical and psychological self-cultivation directly depends on a tutor. My coach played a critical role at the start of my career: in the most literal sense of the word, he knocked this star fever out of me (laughs). I really appreciate this. I set a goal and pursued it tirelessly.

– Победив себя — достигнешь успеха. Как по мне, главный мотиватор успеха — дисциплина в тренировочном процессе. Когда день за днем идешь к своей цели. Когда становишься единым целым с тем, чего хочешь достичь: организован, мотивирован, собран. Для того, чтобы победить, нужно перестать себя жалеть и всегда выкладываться на все 100% – Словом, сильная мотивация, ежедневные тренировки приведут спортсмена к результату. А как определить призвание в боксе?

– Я думаю призвание определяется в процессе . Когда не хочется идти на тренировки, есть нежелание преодолевать препятствия в спорте — это точно не то поприще, не призвание, как вы говорите. Я попал в спорт еще в школе и тогда-то и понял, что ничем другим заниматься больше не хочу. Вопросов в призвании не было.

my opinion, the primary success motivator is the work-out discipline. When you are reaching your aim day after day. When you merge into what you want to achieve: you are organized, motivated, and concentrated. To win, one should stop sparing one’s strengths and do one’s utmost.

– In short, strong motivation and daily trainings will lead an athlete to an expected result. How can one define whether one has a vocation for boxing?

– I believe vocation is defined in the process.

When there is no desire to work out and overcome difficulties, then it’s the wrong field, the wrong vocation as you call it. I found myself in sports being a schoolboy, and at that moment I understood that this is what I want to do. There was no issue of vocation.

– Юрий, какой была первая победа? Расскажите о ней.

– Первая победа была очень сложной, на чемпионате Запорожской области по кикбоксингу я вышел против мастера спорта (об этом не знал), бой был очень напряженным, три раунда проигрывал. Но, собрав всю волю в кулак, сделал простую связку, результат — победа нокаутом.

– Yurii, what was your first victory? Tell us about it.

– My first victory was very difficult. It was a fight at kickboxing championship in the Zaporizhia region. I didn’t know my rival was a master of sports. The fight was really challenging. I lost the first three rounds but then I harnessed my willpower, implemented a simple combination, and consequently won by knockout.

– Мечтаю быть отличным примером и гордостью для подрастающего поколения.

– It was no accident, you are a worthy athlete.

– Безусловно. В будущем есть планы открыть свою школу и делиться профессиональными навыками и опытом с подрастающим поколением и с начинающими спортсменами. Думаю, цель каждого достойного спортсмена — это передача опыта, тренерская деятельность. Я очень хочу быть полезным, вдохновлять своим опытом и передать профессионализм тем подросткам, которые решили идти по этому пусть и нелегкому, но очень увлекательному пути.

On April 9, 2017, The Voice of Queen Almondo 2017 modelling and vocal competition was held in Almondo Restaurant&Club. It wasn’t a traditional beauty contest where models’ appearance was assessed. It was the vocals skills of the contestants that added a special flavor to the competition.

Roman Dribnoi, the contest presenter, created friendly atmosphere, maintaining the intrigue throughout the event. The Voice of Queen Almondo 2017 title was awarded to Yuliia Domanska.

Iryna Radyshevska became the 1 Vice Voice of Queen Almondo 2017. The 2 Vice Voice of Queen Almondo 2017 prize went to Yanina Rybalko. All the participants received gift certificates and pleasant presents.

Shopping in London London is one of the world’s fashion capitals and a real mecca for shoppers. However, prices here are far from being affordable. The main shopping streets are: Oxford Street (elite European brands), Regent Street (everything from large department stores to small toy stores), Carnaby Street (fashionable youth clothing), and King’s Road (indie shops and boutiques of avant-garde designers).

The areas of Picadilly (department stores, book supermarkets, and souvenirs), Knightsbridge (expensive department stores and boutiques), and Covent Garden (affordable clothes and footwear of popular brands) are also famous for their outlets.

Almost all shops in the central part of London are open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00AM to 06:00PM, major department stores work until 07:00PM or 08:00PM. In busy tourist areas, shops can be open on Sundays. At precisely the same time street markets such as Portobello, Borough, Brick Lane, and Covent Garden unfold. Sales in London are held twice a year: in the beginning of January and in July.

The founder and creator of the project AnGe is ANGEL RANGELOV, the stylist was Kirill Savchenko, and the organizer of the event was M Factor, the author’s MICE project working in the directions of tourism and event events.

The actress of the theater and cinema Victoria Efimenko opened the evening by playing the violin, leading incomparable Lilia Rebrik and her partner in the event Bogdan Triboy presented guests STARS FASHION SHOW ANGE by UKRAINIAN DESIGNERS. Starry defile began with the production of the dancing team «SUIT».
