Cook Delicious Lemon Garlic Fish at Home Ever thought you could whip up an extravagantly delicious and equally healthy dinner in under 20 minutes? We didn't either, until we came across this super easy recipe for Lemon Garlic Fish. If you happen to get your hands on some good seer fish online, then don't even wait a minute to cook this incredible dish at home. You can also feel free to use any other white fish that comes your way. We use white fish for this recipe for its tender, non-fishy meat. The best thing about this delicacy, other than the fact that it is surprisingly effortless to make, is how healthy it is. It is grain free, low-carb, gluten free, loaded with protein, and can be baked! All this along with the goodness of garlic makes this your go-to option when you don't have the time for anything elaborate. And if you do have the time, nobody will stop you from tossing in a few vegetables on the side to make it even more appetizing and amp up the health quotient. Without further ado, let's jump right into the making of this delicious dish.

Ingredients Prep time: Cook time: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.

Seer fish fillet - 500 gms or 4-6 pieces Lemon Juice Cooking butter (unsalted) Garlic Red chilli powder (or paprika) Ground black pepper Salt as per needed

Method of preparation 1. We first preheat the oven to 180 Degree Celsius while we clean and marinate the fish. 2. Clean the fish fillet, and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels to drain away all moisture.

3. In a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp butter (melting it is easier), 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp fresh minced garlic, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper and salt as per needed. You can increase the amount of red chilli powder and pepper as per your taste. 4. In a 9x13 inch baking tray, line the cleaned and dried fish fillets. 5. Pour the marinade over the arranged fish fillets, evenly spread across. 6. Line some slices of lemon on top of the marinated fish. You can even choose to line the tray with slices underneath the fish fillets. 7. Pop the tray inside the preheated oven, and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. You will know that your fish is cooked when it is opaque, the flesh becomes white, slightly flaky, and tender. Do the fork test. Make sure that you do not overcook it, because fish turns rough and chewy. 8. Garnish with some parsley, some more slices of lemon and some burnt garlic (optional). Probably the easiest fish dish you will ever make, but also the most delicious. Serve hot with some steamed rice, boiled vegetables or enjoy this tasty dish all by itself! You can choose to eat this for dinner, or serve it as a healthy midday snack - the choice is yours. Bon Appetit!
