For almost two decades, Senior Real Estate Broker, Ryanne Bumps has built a business based on mutual trust, honesty and open communication with her clients. She began her career in the city of Chicago working with developers on new construction projects. She believes this is where she “cut her teeth,” giving her a deeper knowledge and understanding of the industry. Since joining At Properties in 2005, she is proud to be a part of one of the fastest growing firms in the nation known for its cutting edge technology and upscale marketing.
Ryanne sees her role beyond brokering a real estate transaction and concentrates on life transitions that buying/selling a house creates. She is there every step of the way to ensure her client’s goals, dreams and the challenges of change are addressed. “Clients hire me as their business partner and advocate to lead them throughout the process and I consistently put myself in their shoes,” she says. Treating every client as if they were her only client has earned her a strong reputation to where her business is now entirely referral based. “My referrals are driven by relationships with my clients, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and colleagues in different markets. I’m extremely grateful for that trust.”

Moving to Northbrook almost 10 years ago was one of the best decisions she’s made for her family. “Most people move to Northbrook because of our award-winning schools with easy access to the city,” she explains. Being a community expert in Northbrook and surrounding areas is very important to Ryanne, as she prides herself on being a go-to resource for her clients, friends and neighbors. Her belief is that “you’re not just buying a house, you’re moving into an entire community.”
As the President of her neighborhood HOA, Ryanne enjoys solving local issues and helping neighbors. She also serves on a board for a cause very close to her heart – All Kids Play, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing kids’ sports participation in low income areas. And, when she’s not cheering on her children from the sidelines of their multiple sports activities, she enjoys walks before sunrise, yoga, skiing and spending time at the lake with her family.
Ryanne’s clients praise her for being honest and forward-looking while consistently going above and beyond, and even adding a little stress-free fun and humor in the process. She strategically maintains a level of business between buyers and sellers to ensure that her quality of service is never compromised.


Ryanne’s creativity and drive keep her from ever being complacent.
