NICOLE ANTONOPOULOS

Coming from a background in fashion, Nicole Antonopoulos was inspired to enter the real estate industry by one of her retail clients. “My broker, Lillian Montalto of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International, was one of my top clients for five years, and every time she would come in, she would encourage me to become an agent,” Nicole explains. Though Nicole had never thought about selling homes, she eventually realized it might be the perfect path for her talents. With a love of people and a passion for helping others, Nicole knew she would flourish in this field. In 2019, she took the leap into real estate and hasn’t looked back since. She earned the Rookie of The Year Award from Northeast Association of Realtors. Nicole is located in Andover and serves all of Massachusetts, she’s extremely knowledgeable about her region. “North of Boston is a very unique place,” she says. “I was born and raised in Salem, so I know it very well. And people have started moving to these areas from Boston after the pandemic.”

With a growing portion of her business deriving from repeat clients and referrals, it’s clear Nicole is going above and beyond to meet their needs. “I’m super approachable, and I just gravitate towards people. I love hearing their stories and I’m sensitive to the fact that this is probably the largest transaction they are ever going to make in life.” Nicole aims to eliminate stress and make it an enjoyable experience for all involved. A great listener with tremendous empathy, she loves to guide her buyers and sellers throughout the process, ensuring no stones are left unturned. Even after the transaction, she stays in touch and remains a trusted advisor, ready to update them on the current market conditions and provide any advice they need.

Deeply involved in the Andover community, Nicole has become a prominent figure in the area. One of Nicole’s most notable efforts is her brokerage’s annual breast cancer event. The event has grown tremendously over the past three years, with over 200 people in attendance and over $30,000 raised for breast cancer awareness. It’s a fun and pink-themed cocktail party open to everyone in the community and all of Nicole’s clients. Additionally, Nicole and her office participate in every event that Andover has, and they pride themselves on being active members of the community.

As Nicole looks ahead, she plans on continuing to grow as well as mentor new agents. “It’s something I’m really excited about, as it’s so rewarding to help others succeed.” She can’t imagine herself in any other field and can’t wait to see what the future holds. “It is so special to be part of the American Dream and meet amazing people. The sky is the limit.”
