F
or the Chandel family (Dr. Anant Chandel, Mrs. Seema Chandel, and their daughters Henna and Sahiba) it was important to have a family home that would accommodate the two young women and their future families. Their oldest daughter Sahiba is an emergency room physician, like her father, and is engaged to be married in September, while the Henna, the younger daughter, is a student at The University of Kentucky. Another important aspect was that the home be comfortable for Dr. and Mrs. Chandel’s retirement. After searching for some time, they decided to have a custom home built to suit their needs. They chose Lexington’s Ashford Oaks community, a quiet, picturesque area located about a mile from Hamburg Pavilion and I-75 and adjacent to Greenbrier Golf Course. Justice Builders owns the devevlopment and built the Chandels’ home. The location of the 3-bedroom, 3,800-square foot home is also close to both The University of Kentucky and to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where Dr. Chandel works. Safety and privacy were important to the family, so it was paramount that the house be located in a gated subdivision. Clients of Justice Builders appreciate the standard of building and level of customization available to them, and the Chandels were no exception. Owner and primary builder Jason Justice is known for his high level of customer service and professionalism. According to Seema Chandel and other homeowners, Justice can always be seen around the neighborhood doing anything from overseeing a build or a photo shoot to picking up stray nails. Henna Chandel said, “We were able to be a part of every part of the building process from layout to fixtures. [Jason] was also very knowledgeable and it was a great experience to work with him.”
