While hiking at Red River Gorge, Cameron suggested that Kelsey take a few pictures of the beautiful sunset on his GoPro. When she turned around, he handed her a book titled Our Story, filled with pictures and important dates in their relationship. On the last page was a picture of Cameron down on one knee in the exact spot where they were standing with the question “Will you marry me?” Little did Kelsey know, Cameron had set the GoPro to record the entire moment. Cameron was born in Campton while Kelsey was born in Richmond. He attended Morehead State; she went to EKU. They both moved to Lexington for their careers, but didn’t meet until mutual friends in Louisville introduced them. The Wildcat fans love hiking, kayaking and visiting local breweries and restaurants. Naturally their wedding was purely Kentucky. Kelsey had always dreamed of getting married in her hometown and Chenault Vineyards provided a beautiful backdrop for their special day. While getting ready, Kelsey’s maid of honor, Megan Tracy, presented her with a “Letters to the Bride” book. It was filled with notes from her groom, close family members and the bridesmaids. Cameron gifted his bride a pair of Kendra Scott earrings and a necklace featuring her birthstone. She gave him a MVMT watch and a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. APR · 22ND
