What inspired you to create a brand built on eco diamonds? Was it a conscious choice from the beginning, or did it evolve naturally from your philosophy?

The inspiration for Boutique Eco Diamant came the very first time I saw a laboratory- grown stone. I was breathless completely captivated. I hadn’t felt such wonder in years. And then it struck me: I could

Today, it’s almost unimaginable for a brand to oppose these values and soon, it simply won’t exist. Responsible beauty is no longer an option; it is the very definition of luxury.

What is at the heart of your brand’s philosophy?

Alyona, you have been in the travel industry for 20 years. How did your journey begin? Why did you choose this profession?

My path in tourism began in childhood I dreamed of traveling, discovering distant countries, and seeing the world in all its beauty. That dream ultimately shaped my profession: I earned a degree in Tourism and later a Canadian IATA diploma, which became the starting point of my international career.

From the very beginning, I knew I didn’t want to simply sell flights and hotels. I wanted to create experiences to connect people, brands, and emotions.

Over time, this led to managing the Prime Holiday Travel Studio, where for the past 15 years every travel concept has been crafted like a piece of art with attention to detail, style, and soul.

Gradually, a philosophy was born one that has become my life’s work: to unite the finest representatives of the luxury-travel world and the people who appreciate them. Tell us how the idea of creating a luxury travel showcase in Vienna was born.

Vienna is a special city. Its history carries elegance, and its culture inspires achievement.

After many years of working with the world’s top agents and hotels, I realized we needed a high-level platform where luxury- industry professionals could meet, connect, and inspire one another. What are your plans for the upcoming year?

2026 promises to be an exciting year.

We will host the Prime Luxury Travel Ball in Vienna from January 19–21, expanding the exhibition format and introducing new partners from Italy, Spain, the Maldives, the Faroe Islands, Norway, and Japan.

Additionally, we plan to launch several signature Prime Holiday tours including one to Giraffe Manor as well as a series of private events with the Women’s Affair Club for women who value style, travel, and personal growth.

And in 2027, we are preparing a truly grand edition the Prime Luxury Travel Ball 2027 designed for 1,500 guests.

This will not be an invitation-only event anymore, but an open opportunity for anyone to experience authentic Austrian culture, the ambiance of a Viennese ball, and the spirit of bringing people together through the love of luxury travel.

As the resort prepares to announce extraordinary news for the 2026 season, it can look back on an exceptional 2025, a year marked by transformative developments that have elevated Forte Village even further than before.

One of the most significant introductions this year is the Forte Village Nature Park, an immersive sanctuary home to more than 100 species from around the world. Featuring native Sardinian breeds and a spectacular ten-metre walk-in aviary where birds fly freely around a central lagoon, the park is accessible exclusively to resort guests and offers guided and private educational experiences for families and young explorers.

Forte Village’s gastronomic offering also evolved further in 2025. Michelin-starred Chef Carlo Cracco joined the resort with his contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine, while

In sport, Forte Village strengthened its reputation as a premier destination for active holidays. From Paris to Monaco, Alena Antonova elevates beauty to an art form. A visionary artist and founder of Antonova Beauty, she now leads teams that define the makeup aesthetic of the world’s most exclusive circles.

Alena, could you take us back to where it all began?

Was there a single moment when you realized makeup was your true calling?

I grew up in Moldova and later moved to Odesa to study law. It was during my master’s program that a quiet truth settled in: I simply couldn’t imagine myself as a lawyer.

Makeup had fascinated me since school, and in my fourth year I finally enrolled in a professional course, inspired by the rising generation of YouTube artists. That decision changed everything.

I arrived in Odesa without connections, without a client base, without a network to rely on. And I’ll be honest I didn’t believe I would succeed. It felt like a hobby, and the beauty world seemed already saturated. Working with clients was emotionally taxing; I worried endlessly about delivering perfection.

My realization came not as a single moment, but as an evolution:

from artist to salon owner, from educator to founder of my own cosmetics line, and eventually to leading teams that work on international fashion stages.

Everything I created every idea, every project revolved around beauty. And that realization felt deeply, naturally mine. I tried stepping away from teaching, but clients continued to find me with no advertising and no posted portfolio. When my students began flourishing into stars in their own right, earning admiration from my clients, it felt like the most sincere affirmation of all.

What were the most valuable lessons from your early career? What shaped your signature approach to beauty?

The first lesson was discipline. My circumstances were far from ideal, so I took every opportunity every client, every project and practiced relentlessly.

The second was flexibility.

The service industry demands more than skill; it asks us to create joy, ease, confidence. Every client is different, and understanding them reading them is an art form in itself.

Then comes visual culture. To satisfy sophisticated, well-traveled clients, your eye must be highly trained.

Courage matters too the courage to express your voice balanced always by taste and tact.

And perhaps the most important realization, one that came years later:

what I give my client is not makeup it’s an experience, a state of being.

How was your makeup school born?

Only a year into my career, someone asked me to teach them. Terrified yet determined, I said yes. That first lesson showed me I had something real to offer.

I refined my methods, built my first tiny groups of two and then four students. By then I had completed nearly

ten professional programs within a year I just never told anyone how early in my career I still was.

Two years later I opened my salon, where I also taught. As demand grew, the space became too small, and four years later I opened a dedicated school next door.

With today’s resources, opening a salon or school is easier. But the essential question remains:

Do you have something meaningful to share?

Now, 14 years in, I know exactly what sets my method apart.

What distinguishes your school — the method, the atmosphere, the philosophy?

In the beginning, I wondered how I would stand out. I thought originality required invention.

But the answer came naturally. By years three and four, clients began coming to me for what they called “the Antonova skin” flawless yet alive, like a gentle soft-focus lens. Sharp sculpting, impeccable balance, but with the soul of real texture.

This became my signature and my method.

But the school’s distinction goes beyond technique.

My students gain access to global opportunities working with our client base in Paris, Dubai, Monaco, and other international hubs.

They also learn the delicate, often unspoken art of working with VIP clientele.

How do you structure your training so graduates not only master technique but build real careers?

We’ve created a full ecosystem.

I update the curriculum every six months based on trends, client psychology, and the evolving language of beauty all while preserving my non-negotiable fundamentals.

Both beginners and seasoned artists join the program. Beginners assist us on shoots and with clients; experienced artists receive recommendations to salons, join international projects, and participate in brand campaigns.

The more established students mentor the newcomers.

And the most dedicated eventually become part of our core team. Some have been with us for over eight years.

Your on-site international team is remarkably strong. How do you build it? What qualities matter most?

The Makeup Residency was born four years ago.

As my own travel schedule expanded, it became clear the industry needed more artists ready to step onto global stages. My students and colleagues saw my opportunities and began asking how they could join.

I choose talented, passionate artists. We have two groups:

• Assistants integrating into the workflow before taking on full clients.

• Professionals those in whom I have complete confidence.

The experienced ones mentor the new arrivals.

Where does your team most often travel for work?

What types of projects dominate?

We work in two formats: we travel to key projects and also assign local artists when geography allows.

Just in the past month, we worked with clients in Los Angeles, Dubai, Monaco, Paris, and Odesa.

We regularly serve at Paris Fashion Week, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Venice Film Festival.

A particularly special project is Global Fashion Code an alliance of top modeling agencies shaping the supermodels of tomorrow.

We also work on private celebrations, luxury openings, global fashion shows, and signature events such as amfAR.

Is there a difference between working with celebrities and private clients?

Not in essence.

Every client is an individual universe.

Celebrities often work within tighter timelines preparation windows shift constantly, conditions are unpredictable, and sometimes we have minutes to create a full look.

But many VIP clients require the same agility. We’ve assembled complete looks in 20–25 minutes, working three artists at once.

How did the idea of launching your own beauty brand come to life? A dream — or a natural progression?

Both.

I spent years surrounded by artists who had already taken that path. I sold and recommended products daily. The step felt natural yet frightening.

The market was crowded. The budgets were enormous. The logistics overwhelming.

But the desire was stronger than the fear.

So despite the risks, I created Antonova Beauty with intention, persistence, and a deep belief that my vision had a place in this world.

What is the philosophy of Antonova Beauty?

Our philosophy is to inspire.

I am a girl from a small Moldovan town. If I could create a global brand you can pursue your dream too.

What was the development process like for your first products? What was the hardest part and the most inspiring?

The hardest part was the design.

The easiest choosing the formula and shades.

Our lip pencils took a year to develop.

Our upcoming brow pencils took two I refused to settle for anything less than the perfect texture and longevity.

My first launch was the Blanc brush collection, inspired by France. The sketches, the bristle selection, the samples it was an artistic journey. The collection is now nearly sold out everywhere.

What ambitions do you have for your brand and school in the coming years?

For the brand expanding to new markets and releas-

ing new products. Our brow pencils are arriving soon, and several more launches are underway, though I can’t reveal them yet.

For the school to continue growing with intention, sophistication, and heart.

Is there a dream you haven’t realized yet but intend to?

Yes.

I dream of leading the makeup team for a major runway show Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, YSL.

What advice would you give someone dreaming of a career in makeup but unsure where to begin?

Be patient.

Be disciplined.

Collaborate fearlessly.

Refine your technique until it becomes second nature.

Listen deeply to clients, to models, to the unspoken cues.

How did the idea for “Révélation des Étoiles” first emerge? What compelled you to build a Frenchspeaking, world-level project at the crossroads of art, fashion, and performance?

The idea came to me 14 years ago, when I was offered the position of National Director for France at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood. My role was to select French-speaking artists capable of representing France on an international stage.

It took only a short time to see the truth: there was a striking dissonance between Hollywood’s expectations and the preparation of many francophone performers. Not just in performance technique but in mindset, self-positioning, and understanding what it means to build a global career.

Show business in France and in America are, undeniably, two distinct universes.

That realization sparked the vision: to create a bridge between these worlds. A platform that would not simply showcase talent, but prepare it strategically, emotionally, professionally for the international stage.

Révélation des Étoiles, therefore, is not only a competition; it is a springboard and

an ecosystem. It cultivates talent, reveals individuality, and prepares artists to meet producers, agents, and global industry players with confidence and excellence.

It began with personalised guidance — helping artists understand what an international career truly demands. Then it expanded into masterclasses, professional training programs, strategic partnerships with global experts, and the involvement of VIP guests and producers. The project evolved organically, responding to the crucial need to provide talent with the tools and access required to rise on the global stage.

What is the underlying philosophy of Révélation des Étoiles and of the IFCArts Forum? Is it about talent elevation, cultural diplomacy, or a new vocabulary of artistic luxury?

The philosophy is simple and profound: to help artists and creators unfurl their wings and build a career that matches the magnitude of their talent.

We offer more than a stage.

We offer strategy.

We offer visibility.

We offer the right rooms, the right mentors, the right opportunities at the right time.

Révélation des Étoiles was conceived as a multidimensional space where artistic development, cultural dialogue, and the aesthetics of modern luxury intersect.

IFCArts expands this into a global forum uniting artists, designers, and visionaries in a dynamic cultural dialogue. I call it the artistic ecosystem of the future. A place where performance meets couture, where visual arts meet high society, where creativity becomes currency and culture becomes a global language.

The Cannes finale has become your signature. Why Cannes? And what does the red carpet give to artists psychologically and symbolically?

Choosing Cannes was not a gesture it was a declaration.

Cannes is not merely a city. It is an atmosphere charged with possibility, with myth, with the alchemy of cinematic destiny.

When artists step into the world of Canneséries or the Festival de Cannes, they enter a frequency where ambition becomes palpable.

The red or fuchsia carpet is not an accessory. It is a rite of passage.

A symbolic staircase toward visibility, recognition, and international presence.

In all my programs, I use the image of steps each one a move toward mastery, confidence, and global belonging. Cannes is the staircase that amplifies their ascent.

Your Parisian galas such as the Gala des Étoiles and the Bal de l’Infini embody a distinctly different aesthetic. How do you interpret Parisian luxury within your work?

Paris, undeniably, carries its own code. It is the capital of savoir- faire, of aesthetic precision, of cultural aristocracy.

But within all my projects lies a shared DNA: a refined fusion of culture, creativity, fashion, and luminosity.

Gala des Étoiles and Bal de l’Infini are high-society events with an unmistakable aura of prestige. Yet they remain rooted in my mission to offer a stage to those who are ready to shine, to elevate talent to its rightful brilliance.

These evenings are not simply soirées; they are curated dreamscapes.

And historically, balls were not only about spec-

tacle they were diplomatic stages, spaces where alliances were shaped and cultural influence was exchanged.

We continue that legacy. Partnerships, collaborations, and ambitious artistic projects are often born under the chandeliers of these nights.

How do you choose your venues? What makes a space the “right” one for you?

A venue must have the power to make people dream. That is the first and ultimate criterion.

I never select a space for its logistics alone. I choose it for its resonance its energy, its visual poetry, its ability to hold wonder. I need to feel that something extraordinary can happen there.

Many call me a “creator of happiness,” and perhaps that is true. I craft experiences that carry guests into another dimension one of beauty, imagination, and cultural enchantment.

Without magic, nothing shines.

Your projects are deeply connected to Hollywood, New York, and other global creative centers. What shaped this international network, and what do artists learn from the American approach to self-branding?

The Anglo-Saxon perspective on artistry resonates profoundly with me.

In the United States, an artist’s career is treated as a startup a strategic enterprise requiring clear positioning, strong messaging, and a structured plan. Talent is essential, yes but talent without architecture cannot build longevity.

ing is still evolving. Many artists believe that stepping onto a stage is the apex. But the stage is merely the beginning.

Our project operates like a business school for artists.

We teach them how to articulate their identity, build their brand, craft their pitch, shape their network, and navigate contracts and industry expectations.

During IFCArts, in just four days, an artist travels through a transformative arc: from masterclasses to producer meetings, casting sessions, and global industry contact. It is intensive, immersive, and catalytic.

What are the most common mistakes artists make?

Many arrive without clarity unsure of what they want, why they want it, or what truly sets them apart.

They carry a dream, but not a direction.

And without clarity, no agent, producer, or team can enter their life.

We teach them to identify their uniqueness, name their dream, claim their “why,” and transform it into a strategic blueprint.

Once clarity crystallizes, everything aligns: confidence, momentum, and opportunity.

How do you craft the visual aesthetic and luxury code of your projects? How do you collaborate with fashion houses and designers?

True luxury today is not about logos it is about identity.

Elegance, uniqueness, and authenticity form the foundation of our aesthetic codes. I often draw inspiration from historical silhouettes and past eras the refinement, the symbolism, the narrative depth.

We work with fashion houses and independent designers to create looks that do not simply dress an artist but reveal them.

A costume, in my world, is never just clothing — it is a storytelling device.

Your project already spans Paris, Cannes, Los Angeles, and New York. What is next for this international trajectory?

I am a visionary. I see Révélation des Étoiles as a global constellation, and we are merely at the dawn of its expansion.

It allows artists to move across borders, stages, and cultural landscapes but it also invites the world into France, positioning it as a center of creative dialogue.

This vision led to the launch of Europe’s first IFCArts International Convention a space where competition, education, performance, and partnership converge.

My aim is not only to broaden geography but to deepen cultural impact. Because culture, more than anything else, unites and elevates.

The talents who emerge from our projects become ambassadors of culture carrying their artistry, identity, and heritage to Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Cannes, and beyond.

This is our mission.

Her artistic journey began in 2014 in the studio of Natalia Gladovska and soon expanded across Europe’s most influential art capitals. She refined her painting practice at the Academy di Giglio in Florence, explored the secrets of the Old Masters at In the Form of Art in Naples, and continued her studies in Paris under American artist Turner Vinson.

Further shaping her creative voice, she spent time in Burgundy, where she lived and worked alongside artists from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland in the ateliers of Antonin Passemart and Anastasia Dukhmyanina — experiences that infused her work with a distinctly international sensibility.

Iam an artist because I cannot live otherwise. I paint so I don’t disappear. In my hands, the brush is not just a tool — it is an extension of breath. It is my way of affirming: I am alive.

And perhaps, it is still a quiet reply to my primary school teacher — the one who, despite my perfect grades, punished me for “bad behavior” by banning me from drawing classes, making me stand at the board to watch others paint. But pain only forged my spirit. The tears of that little girl became an angel of creativity, and it has never left my side.

My painting is a language of gratitude. Gratitude for the gift. For the faith. For my painting mentor, the renowned Ukrainian artist Nataliya Hladovska, with whom I began a true artistic mystery in 2014 in the legendary art studios of Ivan Yizhakevych, nestled in the heart of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. It is gratitude for a second breath. For the life that didn’t end in February 2022.

When I stand before a blank canvas, I stand before a mystery. And every time something begins to emerge on it — it feels like magic. It’s not about technique or style. It’s about an inner calling: “Paint. Don’t stay silent.” My works are intuitive. They are born from deep impressions. From silence. From sudden light on a façade. From the voice of the heart. From a moment I want to preserve. I trust myself — because I believe that this trust is faith in God, who created me to create. I paint the kind of world I want to live in — a world with space for truth, beauty, and joy. My core message: Live to live. Celebrate life.

Art has the power to carry light. And I want my paintings to be that light for someone. When I work, I often lose track of time. Sometimes, it’s pure expression — movement, explosion. Other times — a quiet prayer. The space I create in is not just a studio. It is a space of strength — where everything becomes possible. I dream of a corner

with a view of the sea, where no emotion is forbidden.

In my paintings, there is authenticity, emotional resonance, and radiant energy. Italy — its light, its colors, its softness — returns again and again to my work. My teachers call my work expressive — and they are right. But for me, expression is not a scream. It is intensity of feeling. Joy as concentration. A moment — as eternity. I began with landscapes and still lifes, but I know the human figure will eventually claim its voice in my art. Even when it’s not visibly present — it lingers in the air.

In a gaze. In a pause. In the breath of the painting. I create for those who feel. My viewers are not an “audience” — they are kindred spirits. People with deep inner worlds, for whom my art might offer something warm. Something personal. Supportive. Uplifting. I always carry with me the words of my American mentor, Turner Vinson: “Natalie brings a bright, infectious energy to everything she does, and her enthusiasm for painting is no exception. She lights up the room with her presence and brings a playful, sincere spirit to her creative explorations. There is a natural expressiveness in her work that reflects her joyful and curious approach.

And I know: If even one person recognizes their own joy, their truth, their memory in my painting — then the art has done its work.
