Step One: Appraisal
Jordan will conduct an initial property inspection and complete market research to provide insights on his market price estimation, suggested marketing and sales strategy and fees.
Step Two: Engagement/Paperwork
Before we can start, we’ll need to complete some paperwork, including an agency agreement and vendor questionnaire.
Step Three: Preparing your Property

Step Eight: Sale
Once a contract has been signed our administration team will arrange paperwork and work with you and the purchaser to ensure a smooth process from sale to settlement.
