Established in 2017, Strada (Italian for “Street”) Development Group is a lifestyle development company that creates mixed-use environments that leverage the founding partner’s vast experience in the hospitality sector.

We create innovatively designed living and social spaces and partner them with curated retail and dining tenants to create a lifestyle-based offering that can be enjoyed by both our residents and the surrounding community.
The vision behind our branded developments combine the efforts of Strada and our development partners to create market-specific, unique offerings.

Leveraging our years of hospitality experience, we create a sense of place – a hub for connection. Our designs and offerings connect with the street and draw people in. At first because they’re curious - but then because they’ve discovered a new place.
A place to meet up with friends and collogues. A place to eat or cut loose at night. A place to live or even work.

The Mission
Strada’s mission is to create experiential hospitality environments. Culture, life, work and fun converge at Strada’s offerings.

The Vision
There’s a segment of people who have cast off the tethers of the suburban lifestyle. A lengthy commute, home ownership, errands across urban sprawl, access to entertainment and nightlife miles away and encumbered by heavy traffic - these are all inconveniences and impediments to the lives of our target consumer. This consumer has no problem with responsibility, but they place little value on the responsibilities of old. They value experiences and they arrange their lives to maximize these moments. They work hard, innovate, and endeavor to make their mark. They value technology, convenience, community and freedom.

People often ask me why Strada focuses on designing and building mixed-use spaces rather than more singular things. My answer? Life is about more than just a place to live, it’s about a place to thrive. Setting the stage for those experiences is what we do at Strada Development.

There’s a science and an art to our approach. It’s rooted in knowing the needs of our consumers and meeting them in an environment that’s not only well planned, but perfectly executed. Right down to the very last detail. “ ”

Nothing is more satisfying or exciting than seeing an inspiration become a reality. Yet that is what I am privileged to do every day. From meeting with a prospective owner and uncovering their exact wants and desires, to assembling the top-flight development and design team necessary to bring this vision to reality - well, nothing can compare with that.
