OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS RESTRICTED
A. General 1. Do not scale plans or details. Review all discrepancies with Landscape Architect prior to construction. 2. All elements to be staked out by contractor for approval by Landscape Architect prior to construction. 3. All subcontractors shall hand dig when within dripline of existing trees. Subcontractor shall notify Landscape Architect if tree roots of 1" or larger are encountered for decision. 4. All subcontractors to confirm all existing conditions and grades on site and review any variances or conflicts with Landscape Architect prior to bidding. 5. All subcontractors to verify access to site with Landscape Architect prior to bidding project. 6. All subcontractors are responsible for calling the Utility Coordination Committee (UCC) before performing any work which could affect existing utilities on site. Any damage to these utilities will be the responsibility of the sub-contractor. Should a conflict occur, review with the Landscape Architect immediately. 7. Any utilities encountered during scope of work must be reviewed w/ L/A. In case of emergency call proper agency or 911. 8. All subcontractors shall be responsible for proper safety and protection of new / existing construction elements during the course of their construction period. 9. All subcontractors will be responsible for any damages caused by any individuals working for their company or subcontractor under their direction. 10.Subcontractors shall be responsible for providing their employees with proper safety protection. 11. All subcontractors will be responsible for keeping the job site orderly and disposing of all trash daily. 12. All subcontractors will be responsible for securing all permits and necessary inspections. 13. The contractor shall provide complete project systems and components and comply with all requirements indicated on the project documents. 14. Work within the area boundaries indicated in the project documents, and comply with all applicable building codes, regulation and ordinance requirements. 15.Perform the work at the project site during normal business hours unless noted otherwise. 16.Coordinate the work with equipment, furnishings, and systems provided by the owner.
