Tomah Area School District is honored to recognize Veterans from every branch of military service on November 11th. We are grateful for your service, patriotism, and sacrifice to our nation. Many Veterans proudly serve Tomah Area School District students and families in their roles as educators continuing their long standing commitment to duty in service to others. School buildings throughout the Tomah Area School District will be celebrating and thanking our area Veterans in many different ways on November 11th. It’s with deepest respect and admiration as we say “Thank You” to our Veterans for all you have done and continue to do for our country, communities, and school district.

HAPPENING IN OUR DISTRICT

THS Show Choir hosted their annual Kids Clinic. Attendance reached a record-high of over 200 (it has never exceeded 130).

THS Class of 2023 Senior, Ryley Winrich, gathered in the hall of THS to officially accept an academic scholarship to Michigan Tech. Ryley will study Electrical Engineering and compete on the Huskies women’s soccer team.

Tito’s Table (formerly known as Spirit of Giving) is an annual food and goods drive hosted by the Tomah Middle School to provide a holiday meal and family fun to local Tomah families in need. Help us reach our goal of 60 Meals this year! We are seeking traditional holiday meal goods such as canned goods (vegetables, cream of soup, gravy, fruit), boxed goods (mac’n cheese, potatoes, stuffing, boxed meals, pasta), cold goods (milk, butter, eggs), as well as coffee, creamer, frosting, and juice. We are also accepting new blankets, board games, gloves, hats and cash donations (made payable to Tomah Middle School, memo “Tito’s Table” to purchase above items).
