Happy Fourth of July! We hope you’re enjoying summer break! The month of July is an exciting time for us at Tomah Area School District with Lemonweir Elementary School beginning their first day of classes on Wednesday, July 13th! We look forward to seeing all students on campus September 1, 2022!

With the 2022-2023 school year right around the corner, please be sure to view the school District calendars available on our webpage here. We encourage you to contact your child’s building if you have any questions regarding the start of the new school year. District maintenance, grounds, food service, and transportation teams remain busy with summer school in session and other activities getting us ready for the start of the 2022-2023 school year. Our sincere thanks to all TASD employees working throughout the year providing excellent services and places to learn for our students! Our district website has information that includes recent Tomah Area School District board approved school lunch and breakfast prices. You’ll find the new meal prices on the Food Service webpage here. Navigating through the Board of Education webpage to the June 20th meeting, you can view information related to board approved 10 Year Capital Improvement Plan, and updates to the Elementary Handbook (with revised Technology Acceptable Use policy that will be embedded in all student handbooks). Final versions of handbooks will be acted on at the July 18th regular meeting and available on the Parent Resources webpage. Discussion items on the June 20th agenda included budget information and proposed revisions to board policies and administrative guidelines. Documents associated with discussion and action items may be viewed on our website here. The next board of education meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 18th at Robert Kupper Learning beginning at 7:00 p.m. It’s a very busy summer here at Tomah Area School District! Enjoy time with family and friends as we look forward to the start of the 2022-2023 school year!
