for week ending FEBRUARY 11, 2022 Tomah Area School District @TomahAreaSchools
H e l l o , TA S D Fa m i l i e s ! Happy Valentine’s, Day! I had a fun morning today visiting a few elementary classrooms and enjoying how talented and creative our students are with their Valentine’s Day artwork and projects! Enjoy this week’s issue of the PAWS! The Winter 2022 edition of the HOWL will be in your postal mailboxes this month! Enjoy our most recent issue highlighting the gifts and talents of our students and faculty! We’re busy throughout the district with active academic and extracurricular activities! You’ll also hear “2022-2023” more frequently as the district begins to plan for next year. Visit our district website to view the 2022-2023 school calendars (link). You’ll find them below the current year calendars. 4K-5K enrollment, transition to middle/high school and course enrollment activities are starting now and continue the next few months. Please contact your child’s building for more information if you have specific questions. Keep informed through our social media platforms too! There is no school for students on Monday, February 14th as our district faculty will take part in a scheduled Collaboration Day. These are vital to the success of our instructional programming as faculty utilize this time during the school year for important Professional Learning Community (PLC) work, professional development, and grading activities. Have a great weekend! - Dr. Hanson
