Dramatic Play Parade

The Xaa-wan’ -k’wvt Head Start and Early Learning Center had their annual Dramatic Play Parade on Halloween, October 31, 2022. This a fun day for the students, teachers and staff. In addition to dressing up for the event the students got to parade from the school over to the Tribal Headquarters Office. Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation staff had places to stop along their parade route through the building. The children, their teachers and the volunteer parents made their way to the third floor up the stairs and took turns taking the elevator back down to the lobby.

We want to thank all the TDN Departments and staff for participating in the event as it was a fun activity for the children. We also want to thank tribal councilwoman Jeri Thompson and Debbie Boardman for participating.
