A modern kitchen, as well as a large dining and spacious living area on the ground floor, create a convivial space for communal living. The use of soft materials, soft colors, contribute perfectly to relaxation.

Project brief

The concept of the design is to add a missing value that we felt that it wasn't there and that was the artistic value , a design full of color and life with a wonderful art works 'from local Jordanian artists , to engage the existed path but with more interesting experience that flow between the greenery and functions , connecting smaller more Intimate outdoor seating , the pathway at some point separates us to two different paths one leads us to continue the experience and the other for the skaters to go to the skateboard area and playground seeking for the expression of - compelling dialogue .between past and future . to reconnect people with nature in their neighborhood.
Park usage and spatial relationships were thoughtfully considered while designing and coordinating the various spaces. The design was planned as zones, children's playground featuring grass mounds that is excellent for inclusive play, playful areas for all age groups. Children engage in a climbing wall, sliding down the slides, crawling through the tunnels thru mound and playing in interactive playing features . the cafeteria and the roof are near to the children's playground so the parents can be close to there kids.

The importance of connectivity and accessibility from the park's entrances t0 the interior spaces, flexible seating's at the park and creates synergy and connection .among the various spaces.

The park also features 2000 m2 of permeable surface, and drought tolerant and pest resistant plantings were selected. An environmental improvement is the planted native trees that reduce the of water . limited resiliency was a huge consideration in the park design. Amman monsoon wind blows northwest. To mitigate this challenge, the reincorporates design shading elements into the park's design, including a large . canopy ,Tall trees
