Some folks adore the winter season. They equate snow flurries and twinkling lights with happy memories and happily breath cold air and play in the snow. All the same, some people count the days until Spring. 10% to 20% of the world populace suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). For some people, the hypothalamus cannot function properly due to a lack of sunlight and a combination of certain chemicals in the brain. Melatonin and serotonin levels in the body are altered, which disrupts sleep and mood. When these factors come together, SAD can be the outcome. While it may seem like the least desirable choice, it is crucial to get outside. You can choose a day when the sky is clear or blue and it’s not raining. Wear warm clothes and enjoy the winter sunshine. Admire how snow makes your world look when it’s on the ground. Apart from mental health, physical wellness is also a concern during the wintertime. Staying indoors during winter can be easy if you have a covered garage. This will allow you to go from your office to your car without feeling like you’re getting frostbite on your face. However, staying inside for days can increase your chances of being sick.
