Communityparkdesign

This is a open space designed for the community. The concept was Symmetry and harmony. The community is always formed with group of two or many people sharing the common culture, tradition and interest and ideas together. Therefore, a common place is designed considering the common norms and values of the people living in the society.

These are some rendered pictures from garden design, façade treatment in traditional manner.

The choice of the materials, colors, elements and style is always in proportion with client’s choice and preferences.

Conservation Studio(9thSem:;Conservation ofGhat)

The conservation project was one of my favorite project that I came across. Here it was not only about design and rendering our design but it came forward with so much of ethic of culture and tradition that needs be considered along with our design. The ethics of conservation lead our design from a point of present context till the conservation of Indrayani Ghat. And, theree was so much to learn and observe our culture and vernacular heritage closely.

This was center specially oriented to provide info and promote the oldest settlement Kirtipur. With a concept of ‘Mandala’ to present the Kirtipur’s both Hinduism and Buddhism religion in one plate as a tourist information center with traditional architectural style .

It is no surprise that here , in a place known for water , people come to find peace , seek rejuvenation and connect with others in time of distancing. It also capitalizes on a climate , creating green space , pedestrian right of ways with a concept of ‘ celebrating the river’

• Considering the context and surrounding of the site, buildings are allocated which creates both place of transition & interactions.

• Should be accessible to the corresponding facilities and programs

• Buildings placed on north side of the site

Few works From Scale Architects Pvt. Ltd (

May 2022 – March 2024)

1. Residence at Paiyatar, Budhanilkantha

Involvement:

I was involved from the very initial stage of the design process. It started with confirmation of the by-laws from the ward and the municipality & keeping the requirement of the client at the same plane. The project was completed with basement parking with 4 typical floor plans & 3D visualization with simple symmetrical Neo classical Facade.

2. Residence at Dhapakhel, Lalitpur:

Involvement:

I was involved from conceptual planning & 3D visualization phase & was able to bring up to municipal drawing with help of principle architect. The main challenge while working on it was to fulfill the ample of space as per client while maintaining the set back. Also the Lalitpur Municipal Format is different from municipality & many requirements are required to fulfill before going for construction permit.

2. Residence at Battishputali, KMC:

In ground floor, main entrance is from the east which is the best option as per Vastu, Since they wanted a circular lavish staircase, was placed centrally, which show grandness in interior. Position of LR, GR, KD & Bath are maintained at right position

In 1st floor, position of Master bedroom was positioned perfectly at South-West Corner of the house. Also the Common Toilet is along the same duct line.

Also in the 2nd Floor, the Pooja room is placed at North-east position while Idol facing the west face.

Involvement:

I was involved in Planning & final municipal drawing. The plan was built up by following the rules of Vastu Shastra. The client was well know bramin around his place. Therefore position and the direction of the each function of the place & space was maintained as per the Vastu Shastra ,which is believe to bring good luck and prosperity in the house.

2. Retirement Home at Gulmi:

Involvement:

The house was built with simple & local traditional design with metal roof tile at the slope roof. Natural stone is cladded at the walls to enhance & coexist around with surrounding.

The main concept of building of this house is to live after their retirement. It consists of very basic functions to ease their old days. The master bedroom in the 1st floor allowing whole terrace. The North face of the site consists of green farm land where they can enjoy the nature from their balcony. The area was very limited & as per their requirement they wanted a small home & which is cost effective. the

Involvement:

I was involved in development of 3D of Admin Block of the BG Academy School. The 3D was built of in reference with main school with use of exposed brick work & Plaster Work.

Involvement:

I was involved in Planning & final municipal drawing along with 3D visualization. It was situated at hot region, therefore few considerations such as 4’-6” high plinth in order to avoid the flooding & rain water during rainy seasons.

Involvement:

I was involved in Planning & final municipal drawing along with 3D visualization. It was also situated at hot region, therefore few considerations has been played in the plan & 3D. Plans follows complete Vast Shastra. Basement floor is a exiting floor & above 2 floor has been added. The cantilever has decent length in order to avoid the scorching sun during summer
