Photo # 1 Toastmasters International and the Individual Ralph Smedley rightly said 'Toastmasters International is the only organisation dedicated to the individual'. This photograph aptly reflects that. The winner of the trophy Niloufer Samal who has achieved EXCELLENCE by winning the first place is portrayed by her spectacles. The spectacles portray the hard work put in by the toastmaster. But of course, it is the club and the organisation that nurtures, motivates and empowers the individual TM and brings out the best in every member by upholding the values of RESPECT, INTEGRITY, SERVICE and EXCELLENCE. This is portrayed by the certificate and the blue rays emanating from the TI logo. The trophy depicts the recognition and life long memento to be treasured. This picture bring outs that vital bond between the organisation TI and the individual.
