Failure to provide the requested documentation will result in late charges being applied to the account and a delay in establishing the account. We would like to welcome you to your new home and the community.
As you settle in to your new home, we would like to provide you with your visitor/vendor parking hangtags and garage entry fob. Each home is provided one visitor/vendor parking hangtag for street parking(BLACK PERMIT) and one garage-specific visitor hangtag(RED PERMIT). In addition, we have included a garage entry fob for use in the 6720 Rockledge Dr. garage.
All Montgomery Row HOA guests and/or vendors can park in the designated Montgomery Row HOA parking spaces on either the second or fifth floor in the 6720 Rockledge Dr. garage. Please refer to the enclosed maps for your reference.
The garage-specific hangtag is only for guest/vendor vehicles parked in the garage and is not to be used for guest/vendor vehicles parked on the street. Vehicles parked in the street spaces with the garage-specific hangtag are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. The guest or vendor who is parked in the 6720 Rockledge Drive garage or in the designated visitor street parking spaces must have the hangtag clearly displayed in the rearview mirror with the permit number completely visible.
Use of duplicated or photo-copied permits is prohibited and the vehicle displaying such is also subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. Please be advised that there is a $50 replacement fee if you lose or misplace a hangtag or key fob.
Another parking option for your guests/vendors is the 6555 Rock Spring Dr. garage where your guests pay to park. The garage is open 24/7 with automated parking.
