THE PRODuCT The system is composed of two units, scanning head and data elaboration box that is then interfaced with the Top Scale indicator. The first unit scans the material that is present in the tank or during the loading process while the second unit elaborates the data that were received from the scanning head and transfers the humidity, proteins, starch, aDF, NDF and ash values. at this point the indicator recalculates the weight that has to be loaded on the basis of these parameters in order to obtain the real nutritional value set by the nutritionist during the programming phase of the recipe. In the case that the IRMTM is applied directly on the mixer tank, it analyzes the first component loaded and redefines the other ones. at the end, the system analyzes the final TMR conditions, so that the operator knows exactly what the animal is eating and can correct the next recipe.

automatic Process Control THE PRODuCT The Motor Control, together with the Top Scale indicator, allows for a series of relay contacts to be activated by components, by the unloading point of the execution program or by some distribution processes. With these contacts it is possible to drive a motor obtaining in this way the automatic start functions like the opening of a door, the movement of the belt and so on. The system finds its main application in the stationary mixer application in order to obtain a full automatic system.
Customer configuration: The system can be totally set by the customer on the basis of his needs.
