We can assist with ensuring that your communication is a success, distributed through the correct channels to the right people.

The Port

Our Port is made by employees, for employees. It offers safe harbour for all of the information in each department that anyone in the company would need to know.

We assist our superusers in keeping their pages up to date, upload regular news articles and support general users with their questions/ feedback.

Our Marketing department can assist with your digital and print literature. Your know risk and insurance, we know marketing so it’s a match made in heaven!

Empowering You By Design

Once your content is finalised, we can assist with the brand and design of the document and supporting documents including:

We will also ensure that we have received the necessary sign off for your document so that you don’t need to worry.

Social Events

We have access to databases of existing venues, we can help departments find the right place for their social events. We can also offer ideas about activities and restaurants.

As a support, we can design and send out the invitations to employees. For larger staff events - such as the Summer Parties, Townhalls or AnniversariesMarketing will take care of the entire organization of the event.

Merchandise

We work with a wide range of suppliers to order new and exciting company, office or departmental specific merchandise.

This can range from new joiner packs to branded employee gifts that support internal company initiatives.

We are developing a charity programme involving charity partnerships, raising awareness, fundraising and volunteering.

Should your team wish to take part in a charity activity such as a fundraising challenge or volunteering day, please reach out to your local Charity representative who forms part of the Charity committee overseeing our company’s approach to charitable giving.

Our charity programme links closely to our wider Sustainability agenda and you can find full information under the Vision & Values section of The Port.

Marketing is first and foremost about connecting.

That’s why our website is far more than a shop window, it is part of our every day dialogue and interaction with customers. We look after our external website by updating department documents, adding key contacts and keeping the news and events page up to date with our recent thought leadership articles and important company updates.

Virtual Events/Webinars

We assist with the organisation and hosting of virtual events/webinars for departments.

We set up the event, organise the internal meetings, create the invitations, design the presentations, assist with content writing, organise practice runs, sort the analytics of the event and send out post event communications.

In-Person Events

We can help departments organise external social events, whether they are virtual or face-to-face, by helping source venues, activities and restaurants.

For face-to-face events, we can help source venues and activities, as well as send out the invitations and help with the running of the event on the day.

We now offer virtual events, which we can help organise by sourcing the online activity, creating and send out the invitations and doing a follow up communication.

We work with a wide range of suppliers to order new and exciting broker specific merchandise.

For broker giveaways you can pick from the merchandise catalogue, which can be found on the internal page, or alternatively if you would like to order something specific, please contact us and we can work together in finding the best product for you.

We can help you engage your brokers whilst giving back. We can organise bespoke volunteering events in the form of environmental conservation projects whilst help with sourcing venues to socialise afterwards, sending out the invitations and running the event on the day.
