Dough:

2 cup Maida

1tbs yeast

1 teas sugar

1 teas salt

2tb oil

Make a dough with warm water

Rest for 1 hour

CHICKEN PREPARATION:

4-5 tbs oil

250gm chicken boneless

Lehsan powder

Half teas Salt

Half teas Black pepper

2 tbls Tikka masala

1tbs Soya sauce

1tbs Chilli sauce

1 small capsicum ��

1 carrot ��

Heat a oil and add cutted chicken boneless fry for 2mins add lehsan powder and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium flame then add spices ,sauces chicken fry properly add vegetables mix for 1 min and off the flame

Method:

Make a mini bites off dough it make 15-20 biTes

Apply pizza sauce on every bite then add prep chicken on it after put shredded mozzarella and cheddar �� cheese

Garnish bites with mixed herbs and olives

BAKING METHOD :

Preheat Baki g oven 180°C for 10mins

Then put a bites 180°C for 15mins preheated oven

Ingredients:

* 1 small cup of fine flour

* 2 eggs

* 1 tea spoon baking soda

* 1 tea spoon baking powder

* 1 table spoon coco powder

* Half cup oil

* 1 cup sugar

* Half cup fresh milk

* Take a bowl put fine flour, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder mix it well.

* Strain all the ingredients.

* Take a jug of a juicer machine.

* Put 2 eggs, oil, sugar and milk in the jug mix it well.

* Now slowly slowly put strain ingredients in the juicer machine and blend it well for 2 minutes.

* Now take the cake container and spread butter paper on the base.

* Spread half tea spoon oil on it.

* Now put all the material in the container.

* Put it in the pre heat open for 1 hour

* Your chocolate cake is ready to eat.

P U D D I N G

Immediately pour the caramel into a pudding mold and spread evenly.

2. Make the Pudding Mixture:

Heat 2 cups of milk in a pot (do not boil).

In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs and ½ cup sugar until well combined.

Gradually add the warm milk while stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from curdling.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix well.

3. Cook the Pudding:

Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold.

Place the mold in a large pot filled with hot water (water bath method).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes, or steam on low heat for 30-40 minutes with the lid on.

Enjoy your delicious caramel pudding, best served chilled!

R U S S I A N S A L A D

Ingredients:

3 medium apples

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup grapes, halved

1 cooked chicken breast, diced.

Method:

Mix them all and it's ready.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups flour

1/2cup cocoa

1.5 tsp baking powder

1.5 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup hot water/coffee

1 cup chocolate chips

0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175C°.

Mix dry ingredients.

Mix milk, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla.

Combine wet and dry. Stir in hot water/coffee.

Bake 15-18 min. Cool.

Heat cream, pour over chips. Stir smooth.

Cut cake into squares or make a round shape

Dip in ganache and use sprinkles.

Chill 30min.

For Cheese Balls:

Fresh milk 1 ltr Vinegar 2 tbs

For Sheera:

Sugar 1 cup Water 1 & ¼ cup

For Sweet Milk (Rabri):

Fresh milk 1 litre Sugar ¾ cup or t tsp Water 2 tbs + cornflour 1 ½ tbs cream 2 tbs Almond and pistachio

Directions:

Prepare Cheese Balls:

Heat milk and bring it to boil. Add vinegar and mix it. Strain in c milk with cold water. Press to strain excess water.

Knead to form a soft dough for 8-1 small ball with no crack.

Prepare Sheera:

In a sauce pan, add sugar and water and bring it to boil. Add cheese balls, covered and simmer for 6-8 mins. Set aside in chilled water.

Prepare Sweet Milk (Rabri):

In a pot, heat milk, add sugar and cardamom powder. In small bowl,mix water and corn flour and add it to rabri milk. Add kewra water and boil until 1/3rd of milk remains and keep stirring in between.

Remove from flame and add tetrapak cream and give it a good mix.

Remove cheese balls from cold water and press cheese balls to strain excess water.

Place cheese balls on serving plate, pour sweet milk (rabri). Garnish with almonds and pistachio, refrigerate for 1-2hours.

P A S T A

Ingredients:

2 chopped onions(small size)

1 capsicum

Salt according to taste

Red chilli powder 1/2 tblsp

Corriander powder 1/2 tblsp

Paprica powder 1 tblsp

Ketchup 2-3 tblsp

Oregano 1 tblsp

Black pepper 1/2 tblsp

Cream 1 pack

Milk 3-4 cups

Mozerella chesse

Black olives for topping

Instructions:

Take a pan add water and 2 tblsp of oil and make it to boil.

Then add macroni pasta in the boiling water.

For sauce:

Take some oil add 2 chopped onions and then add half kg chicken strips in it

Stir it till the chicken is completely cooked

Now add all the spices and cook it for 5 min

Now add capsicum in it.

Take 1 1/2 tblsp of white flour and add it to the chicken

Mix it well.When the white flour is cooked completely, add 3 cups of milk in it.

Mix it well and lower the flame

Add half tbsp black pepper.

Then add 1 pack of tetra cream in it and make it cook well

Add 2 slices of mozerella cheese in it when it melts completely

Add your boiled pasta in it and mix it well

After 5 min tranfer your pasta in a casserolle add cheese on the top place it in a oven at 180 degrees till the topped cheese melts and golden brown color appeared. W H I T E S A U C

Ingredients:

Imli Pulp 250gm water bananas sugar

Instructions:

•Soak 250gm imli in water for 1 hour

•separate pulp from imli .

•now boil pulp in 1500 ml water .

•add 6 spoon sugar in it .

•boil until thick paste is formed .

•add chat masala as per needed .

•blend the mixture .

•Coll down in room temperature .

•add sliced cut bananas in it and refrigerate for 1 hour.

•Dish is ready.
