This project was a complete house remodel with re-configuration of the first and second floors to bring beauty and function to the space. This was achieved through an open floor plan, new kitchen, master bedroom and bath suite, an additional bedroom upstairs and moving the central staircase. Exterior siding replacement and additional custom door and window installation. It was also a cutting edge energy retrofit with new spray foam insulation in a complex roof system that had ice damming and leakage problems prior to the work. Also, cutting edge insulation techniques employed for the basement and first floor walls. Finally, we installed a high efficiency condensing boiler and new heat distribution system. All measures together lowered energy costs by over 50%. Owners report the house is really comfortable too!

This multi-phase design/build renovation converted four very dysfunctional spaces into an integrated master suite including a cozy den with fireplace. The design goals were functional and aesthetic integration of all four spaces, simplicity of lines and detailing, innovative storage solutions and a balance between saturated light and dark colors.

This was a very innovative new building project that consisted of building a1400 Square foot home inside an industrial/mixed-use building in North Ferrisburgh. Finishes were of very high quality with cutting edge high-performance technologies for solar power, heating and thermal performance. Earned EPAâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Energy Star 4-Star Rating.

This project was a Shaker style high-end custom kitchen with modern overtones, Custom built cabinetry and trim detailing by Lewis Creek Builders. Very high end joinery, finishes and custom murals with high efficiency LED lighting, cork floors and custom metal fabrication adding accents. Lewis Creek Builders renovated this clientâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s vintage lakeside camp in Charlotte, Vermont.
